However, the portrait talk animations could be improved so the lower jaw doesn't stretch so much.
Also, you should move his head up his shoulders, so he looks noble and not some hunched-back brute (at least for the Hero Unit).
Lastly, when he opens his mouth, I notice part of the inside of his mouth being green, and not red like it should.
