Well moving units creats memory leak.So i just set variable to location to which unit is moved and later i remove it with custom script.Also i saw some triggers are unnecessary complex so i simplified them.
The bug was when player leaves for example blue i get ownership over his towers which is good but i also get ownership over creeps that were in my side of the map which obviously shouldn't happen.

Edit2: First bug -- after sending the first creep, no more can be sent. I'll see why it's happening. //Nvm you are on it
