You should not consider no rating as 0/5, regardless if the filter search says so. "No rating", as the name suggests, is given when there is no suitable rating that can be given. A short cinematic with blackness and some imported sound acting is not something I can rate because YOU yourself did not produce a lot of your own. The rules do not state that but it's pretty obvious.
But let's face it in another way. If I gave you 4/5 or 5/5 for something so simple, it would be very unfair because other cinematics (or even maps themselves) that are better than yours and got things like 4/5 and 5/5 would be discriminated (Unforgotten Grudge, Over the Hills, A Pile of Ugly etc...). Your map does not compare to these (no offense, your cinematic was still epic
)
However, a rating below 4/5 would be unjust as people enjoyed watching your cinematic and gave ratings above 3/5. In the indecision, it's better not to rate it.

Mod rating equals more downloads which equals more happiness for me, I am sure you understand that.

*cough* *cough* The first thing a user sees is user rating which is pretty high. It is then followed by my positive mod comment. My rating doesn't influence a lot the downloads so long as the user rating and the general overall comments are positive. To prove you wrong, here is an example. In about one month, you got nearly 40% of the downloads that are on my cinematic Searing Conflict (mod rating 4/5)... and it was uploaded about two years ago.

At first I was not gonna bring it up further because I thought "Whatever it'll just be a 3/5 anyway". But then my other map got 5/5 and I consider that one to be worse than the one you reviewed.

I don't really understand why Rufus gave you 5/5 on that cinematic, which is essentially the same thing as Farewell Arthas, but I need to show consistency in my moderation. If it were for me, it would've gotten a "No rating" as well, because if a 5/5 was obtainable just by importing some pre-made sounds into a black map, it would be just too freaking easy, wouldn't it? Anyone could do it, therefore the 5/5 would lose its real value.
I'll need to have a little chat with Rufus about it.
If you are still unconvinced and want to take it to staff contact, feel free to do so. It's your full right to complain about a rating you're unsatisfied with
