(Bundle) Sincerely, I don't like the space type maps, but besides having a lot of dedication, I must admit I loved it. Take your well-earned five stars man.

deepstrasz, I don't know you and, based on some of your comments so far, I don't think I like you either, so I'm not really interested in having this conversation. Please leave me alone now!

Sheesh. Thanks, at least I got part of the answer I wanted.
You can use Ignore on me. There's that. On my profile, where the name is to the far right, the ignore button (between Report and Follow).
    Hey Rao Dao Zao,
I just downloaded some models from your webpage, where you also share (some of?) your awesome maps. Just wanted to say a big thanks for sharing your models and maps. As I grew up with the same Zelda as you did, it was quite nice to read all these references.
    Best regards

    Glad you enjoy it all!

That's definitely all of my maps, at least everything I ever completed (and, well, some that I didn't anyway!). It's good to have my "portfolio" all in one place.

The models are a subset that I don't have much use for, or that I created 'for the lolz'. I keep the good stuff for myself. ;D
haha yeah, but you would be surprised how many people accepted haosis virus :cgrin: thus using it in chat and forums
yeah I heard about that sentence haha. Although this is true, it does not necessary mean to be like that always. We had floods recently, and two years ago caused by heavy rains. We had 25C in February, yet again March we have less temperature and rains these days. In January we had snowstorm few days and very cold weather which you cannot adapt on always. So, in some cases clothing is not helping.
You see, when some girl in bar reject some guy, and later he says that he cannot get her, its impossible, we often say for such cases ,,there is no indestructible tower, only weak attackers!" :cgrin:
Oh, I have lot of obligations these days, especially today. Unluckily, whole day was raining, I had to got really wet. i dislike those rains.
I heard that there are lot of rains in your country
Oh, my girlfriend and I were saw Edinburgh and Glasgow in google maps, some parts of them, and we like more Glasgow.
I do not know why did you move from there to Edinburgh. Personally, Glasgow looks much better and original, Edinburgh is more like old fashionated, all in one style.
Yes, that is common here as well. Crap people everywhere. They are mostly in bad mood, angry, especially at work, people barely work as friends, most of time they want to set up each another, and sometimes its just for existence.
And yes, company says one, and does another. That is well known for me here.
Oh yeah, so overally, your job is enough for decent life for now, as being single in that place. What weather is there usually? DSG told me that it is cold generally in Scotland, not lke England to be little warmer. And also you have there often raining.
Hehe since you and me have 27, soon 28 years in ass, I assume that you have job right?
    Are there people paid well?
Oh yeah, in first part Skynet tried to kill Sarah COnor before John Conor is born, in second part it tried to kill him while he is kid, in third part it tried to kill his wife, and his deputies since it could not locate John Conor. In Sarah Connor Chronicles I do not know, since I did not want to watch it. In here, in last movie Skynet tried to rise via John Conor itself, to activate itself and launch Nukes. But everywhere is mess with that time travel haha. I wonder what will happen in next two movies since before 2018 there must be two more moves as then rights come back to James Cameron. But I am sure that in future will be revealed who sent Terminator, Guardian to protect Sarah. For now it is unknown so Skynet cannot track him.

Oh yeah about that man maybe they did not have much power for time travel since Schwarzenegger when built time machine had or turn power down to half of city.
But in future, Skynet had fusion power cores perhaps or Nuclear, which is possible to have enough power to transport someone back to middle age perhaps :cgrin:
To make Hitler T-3000, Skynet itself is T-5000 with unknown abilities, but it has ability to infect people.
Yeah, but many moves are using time travel system borrowed from Terminator. I saw X-Men days of future past, where they also time travel on similar manner, messing with future
haha exactly! Why would Skynet mess around constantly with Terminators, when it can create one huge T-million type (remember that giant liquid metal spider), just made of those sand nanites with ability to spread itself constantly? Techically, SKynet could send such thing even before WW1, to consume larger areas, where those village men would not even notice. Remember that those stuff can mask themselves, so as spread larger and larger, nano mass would mimic ares around itself: Replace trees, bushes, roads, everything. Yeah, those nanites serves also as saw. It removed flesh out of Schwarzenegger's hand in second or two.
So yes, only logical solution is that they need limit for human shape for specific missions. But whole point of mission is missed since Skynet should focus itself at what we just explained, not constantly going after certain humans and terminators.

Oh man, I am glad to talk to you
    ----------
On the whole, though, it's Hollywood and I'm willing to take some nonsense as long as it's consistent nonsense (which in this case I think it is).
    ----------
Oh, even nonsense, you are explaining it very well. Much better than they in movie. Or after movies, since usually in such movie, there is always plot hole, which needs further explanations. So either director or some other people from staff additionally explain certain stuff. But your exlanations are much better.
It is pleasure to read this all.
Regarding its movement. They explaiend that T-3000 works on some personnel magnetic field which cooperate with those nanites. That is seen, around its whole body, if you noticed those computer visual effect, how is some effects moving around body. That supposed to be that magnetic field or something. So another magnetic field can temporary interrupt with his own. That is usually matter of seconds or small period of time. But still, thing which is not explained in movie well, is how is actually possible ,,cyborg virus" to take over human body and its cells. How it can actually replanish itself. You see, T-3000 has unlimited regeneration. But, since it can regenerate itself unlimitedly, what stops it's cell to regenerate over and over, thus creating more and more cells, making terminator much more bigger than itself? or even spit itself to more such terminators? Yes, it will create some time but still... Theoretically nothing would prevent from such unless its specifically coded not to do so.
You also noticed that this body composed of nanites is much stronger than regular terminator T-800. T-3000 is even capable of cutting T-800's hand with spike.
Yes, you based it on something, but its still much of your work, you spend too much time on it, making, building, testing stuff. That is not easy job.

Whole T-1000 is built of nanotech as well. Problem is when it got freezed and scatter apart, it just can reassemble back to main mass. it seems that does not have core, that is also quesiton, how does it operate at all. yes,, in Genisys, T-1000 could split part of it, to spy on others. So it serves as camera or something like that. Blending into mirrors, floors, creating spikes to impale people, mimic other people is its tactical advantage, but still how does it operate is very questionable. T-3000 also posses all of those abilities, but not it's weaknesses. it can even regenerate. And can shortly teleport, when he was battling against Schwarzenegger. In fact, I think it is super speed or something. What is really confusing is that it consumes people's personality and memories, so T-3000 can behave like any human.
Yes, sure, we are used to liquid metal, although that idea has flaws as well, as they never explained how is vision of that terminator (unlike red vision of T-800 and blue of T-X), and same applies to T-3000, and where their cameras are, or their power core, or how they speak at all.
Oh, and engine for your game you built from scratch?
Yeah, industrial look mostly suits well for giant walkers. Those look like metalic golems.
I forgot that most of them are big ones.
Oh, I also liked Terminator as well. That young vs old Schwarzenegger fights is awesome.
I liked the most T-3000, but honestly, they went so far with this. CYbernetic nano virus which infects human and turns it into nano cyborg which is powerful, fast, can regenerate to cellular level, shape shift, took personalities, create small sandstorms etc etc... is just not logical even to their own storyline. But we can't deny that it is awesome idea. But how can it possibly infect human and regenerate itself? How can nanocells regenerate anyway? he is regenerating in seconds
Exactly. I also prefer more function than aesthetic. We have sentence here
,,spolja mazan, unutra prazan", in our language those words blends, but it basically says :,,around himself- shining, inside himself-empty" when people buy stuff only by how they look like.
That is why your robots maybe do not look futuristic like in movies, those modern helmets in 100 ways, some shining, led or neon light all around their bodies etc etc... But your robots can do invasion on Moon :cgrin:
Your robots shine where need, when shooting lasers haha
And yes, although cybernetics are common these days as ideas, you are keeping good old robot mechanism system. You always though that fresh is weak :cgrin:
Have you seen Terminator Genisys movie? :cgrin: There is also new idea of nanotechnology, but instead liquid metal, it is now nano dust haha. As someone who is expert at filed of robotics, how do you consider such technology in matter of use?
hehe I knew it, I was just joking. You are RDZ (this must be spoken with great respect), you are not some MTV fashion designer, you do not care much about something to be just nice on sight, but to be functional as well. :cgrin:
From pretty robots we do not have much usage. Maybe kids only to play with them. But full armed robot, equipped for shock therapy :cgrin: that is something else.
Oh, in your weaponry, do not forget railguns. Still, I see that you are not fan yet of cybernetics. yet again to talk about liquid metal haha
    ----------
Not really, mostly the same old robots undergoing yet another reworking. It's all the little details, y'know?
    ----------
Oh, so you are following modern trends and constantly redesign stuff, giving them more eye candy effect :cgrin:

    ----------
Though I have invented a whole heap of extra weapons
    ----------
So, are there much extra weapons such as ,,high tech" ones, plasma, lasers, electric, blasters, proton etc etc?
haha yeah. it can't be stopped, only slowed a bit and delayed, but it will eventually catch everyone and everything. :cgrin:
How are RDZ industries going? Are there new robots, meches...
Yeah, being able to work in C# is awesome. I've worked with it in the past, so being able to seamlessly transition to working with it in Unity is awesome.

I agree with you on the UE4 front, it has evolved and changed quite a bit, even just since the UE3/UDK days. It's possible to make some really cool stuff with it, just difficult for a one man team to do.

I don't have a blog currently, but I do have a little pet project that I'm working on. I have a few pics from it floating around here, but they're not all in the same place.
Yeah, not having someone to talk to and bounce ideas off of can be tough. Unity is pretty sweet though. It's nice because it has a lot of headroom and potential and the learning curve is pretty shallow compared to UE4. There aren't many hard limits, and it's cool to see what people can do with a bit of ingenuity. If you want someone to bounce ideas off of, I'm all ears.
Hey, I've been following your blog for a bit and it's been fun to watch your progress and see how you've handled a few the challenges you've come across. You always have some interesting insights, and I feel like I always pick up on something new when I read it, even though I've been doing game dev for 4 or 5 years now. So, thank you!
