  • Just wanted to let you know if you didn't already that a map called World War One: ISH uses some of your models and terrain textures. We play that map several dozen times a week among friends so people see your models in-game regularly.
    yah np, it's just renaming animations in magos. But at first I was like 'gawd the system broke wtf noooo', then I looked at import editor and noticed that you updated the models (as you import as war3imported/ ). I already renamed them and reimported.

    Btw, do you do requests regarding your models? Maybe in the future I'd need some accessories swapped between your models, I'm not sure how you store them so it's not too hard to do such stuff.
    lawl u updated your models in the map and reimported them, but I had them renamed animations which visually broke my system xd

    hmm. i don't think that i can work on the skin at the moment. i have 3 project that i've working on right now, and i struggle with one of this since it have a close deadline and it's my main priority to finish. and another one is to keeping alive my texturing thread which you can found here http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/texturing-surfacing-274/scars-conflict-fan-made-resources-276575/#post2796439

    i sincerly appologize since i can't do it at the moment. perhaps when all things is done, since this one is not my main priority and only being a fun project to do. again, i appologize.

    i almost give up to retexture your model since it's pitch black in all place of the original texture. and i'm not sure which part that i retexture on the model -__-

    it's quite hard IMO. i don't think that i can carry on..
    you did much more better than me.

    maybe i should try to retexture the original proudmoore instead.

    Edit : i think you can also forget about the barrens tree. i'm probably will don't have time to submit an entry for the contest. more task incoming and i am incapable to do more things than what i currently have, beside my texturing project.

    Hello HerrDave. i was wondering if you can help me with something? since you do similliar things with something that i want to ask you, i think you are the right person to ask this request.

    i really need this 5 tree http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/pastebin.php?id=o8trki to have wc3 standard tree animation. it's a tree model that originally taken from the orc campaign screen i assume. i want to make it useable for melee maps, as i want to make a melee map type for the terraining contest #18 with dessert theme. i though mixing it with barrens theme would looks cool.

    the tree that i sent to you was originally taken from Wc3 : WoW campaign, and i am not sure who's the person that i should give credit to. except if you know the person, please do tell me.

    this tree are also avaible in UTM map as far as i know. can you do it? i really need this to enchant and boost the overall quality of my entry.

    i can't offer much things in return, except for credit part. but, i think i can help you make a skin for your upcoming captain hook pirate model. if you allow me to :3

    Hey, nice update on the Palm tree, to make it perfect Stand Hit is missing, isn't it ?
    Pretty cool considering you used only ingame textures. And definitely resembles the aoe3 icon you posted before. Well maybe tomorrow I can send you the map, so you can see what it is about, so far it's very short anyway, I finished it in 5 minutes, but I intend to add more objectives in that map. It has more of a grimdark steampunkish style, it's not really historical. Maybe akin to Death korps of krieg, but not THAT depressing.

    That model that I showed you it's a rewrap (but I had to subdivide some polygons to be properly unwrapped) of a very old mounted proudmoore model, based on archmage, this is why some animations may look gay. I wanted him to fit among the rifleman and officer.
    More like skill of terraining, I could even do some doodad models, not sure how to arrange them. Then dilemma, or making whole building models, or just parts (walls, roofs, windows, chimneys, etc). Although some doodad indications would be nice.

    Otherwise I thought going this style buildings http://s157.photobucket.com/user/JohnXenir/media/town.jpg.html (this is not the map I'm currently working, just wondering if these are good idea or better going something totally different), you know, morecitybuildings are rather ugly
    Well, it's for some map which needs to have dishonored, van hellsing and 19th century prussia feel. However now I must see how to do the city...
    Hey m8, I wonder how do I put a keyframe in MDLVIs?
    Well, you know, making the model stay as it is in the start and end of the animation.
    If nothing else, screenshot icons. But probably even some of your concept art can be used. Like your current avatar for a kaiser icon, using the model you showed in your profile. So the kaiser model is done?
    To any whom it may interest, my attention on the RPG map I was making has shifted to the possible development of Tales of Yrchian v1.05b, if I am correct that the project is abandoned.
