  • Sorry man u_u i'm not modeler, i can help with texturing (maybe D:), the image i upload was just to give you an idea :c,
trust me, that texture is not good at all >.>
i think you should try requesting in the forums, or ask around the model section, since that's what you seem to need..
I see nothing that states that you can or cannot use the skin, so i guess it's the usual crediting the author? you'll have to try and contact him if you wanna edit

although, i don't know when this was, but his last comment there really irked me <.<'
haven't been making any texture ever since my coilfang automaton.. don't really have the will '~' just art is a lot easier than war3's heavy contrasted stuff
Oh, Akama, Draenei. Well, I did not make model for year. I even did not update myself my own model to get approved,

Also, I do not make units, just buildings mostly. Edit. So no new animations or such, maybve some changed effects in animations. About units, I have two edits. So I do not think even if I am able to do, that I can make this Akama.
So, sorry for not being able to help you, but lets see if we can find someone else. You can open thread in requests, and I can support you, your idea and post comment that I also need this.
That could be a good idea to have the other bases computer controlled. It would force the resources to be spread between bases rather than all piled up into one base.

You might want to make a thread about it in map development. Other people might have more experiences with such maps so be able to give better feedback. I am basing my feedback entirely on the Warcraft III campaign (which I last played 8+ years ago) and current trends in campaigns (eg StarCraft II).
    ----------
    How are you doing?
    ----------
Fine, although a bit cold recently. Stupid storms constantly hitting UK.

    ----------
Have any suggestions on how I could work on my campaign?
    ----------
Probably want to start with a rough story as to what you want to happen. Break the story into mission parts and then work on developing each part separately. You might want to prototype various complex game mechanics you think might be good to test if they are actually "good" in practice. Remember that what seems good on paper might not be fun gameplay and one should never be afraid to change if an idea is just not working.

    ----------
Deciding actually to make you control four heroes for two maps and have you make a chance to control two bases at the Black Temple and other good stuff.
    ----------
Look at the WC3 campaigns. There is a reason they only give you 1-2 heroes and a single base and that is because any more is impossible to manage. In the Orc TFT RPG campaign they gave you more than 2 heroes (3?) but they gave you no base to worry about.

If you want lots of heroes and bases consider making it a multiplayer series of maps rather than a campaign. That way the work can be split across multiple people and you get the coop experience at the same time as well. Imports are an issue then so it is quite an important design decision to make.
hehe yeah, Demons are my favorite race. Fel Ocs are part of it of course.
I though Orcs are your favorite race, but now you are using llidan in avatar
Warlord Ajer'laroir, sorry man, I haven't been here lately.
Well, its not bad at all, kinda decent. Real life stuff, university...
    What about you?
I would love to make a tabard for you. Blood Captain is the blood elven captain model I suppose?
I have not played World of Warcraft so I really have no idea on the feel and style of the various areas. You should consider making a thread in the Terrain Board as you might be able to get help from terraining experts or people who have intermit knowledge of the desired World of Warcraft areas.
I honestly cannot help with choosing the "best" tree as I am not an artist. You might be better of making a thread about it in the requests section or world editor helpzone.

    ----------
    How do these work?
    ----------
You import the models. Instructions should be provided but to summarise the process you import the model, you import the require textures (if any) and then you change the name/path of the texture files to be that which the models expect (either get the path from the model file directly, or off the model submission thread. Save the map and the models should be usable immediately, otherwise you may need to reload the editor. You then use the object editor to create a doodad or destructible (based on another tree) which uses the new imported model.
Ashanval canopy trees with a tint are probably the closest you can get with standard models. Unfortunately WC3 trees are actually kind of rubbish looking.

If you are willing to import models, there are numerous trees to choose from in the models section. Some of them might look closer to or even be based on World of Warcraft trees.
    Hello!
I'm sorry to disappoint you, but I can't make unit models, I just suck with all the animating, cameras and stuff... That's why I mostly make attachments and doodads, you require no such things. Sorry again dude :/
The campaign is not even protected as far as I can tell... Not sure why you needed me to extract it.

Anyway here is Malbodion. Textures have to be in the appropriate "Textures" path.
You need to be specific. Such as linking to where to download the campaign and describing exactly which model you want.
