  • I play them with only one hero and cheats. Sure it's not the best way to check them for bugs and detailed stuff. At least it's enough for item drops, pathing and other stuff.

LOLs, I've placed this in my visitor messages instead of yours. I sometimes accidentally do that :D
How did you change the skin of the barrens tree? you made them look ashenvaly somehow?
There's no need to thank me :) I'm doing this because I want the threads to have more opinions.
Yeah, decided I check all if not most of your maps in a couple of hours :D
Yeah! As soon as you are finished I will transfer my plans and triggers from another map. I thought It would be too much trouble sending it back and fourth all the time :)
Hi! any progress with the terrain? I see that you haven't been lazy reviewing maps. Great job!
No? It is a great priviliege, and that proves that they trust you. It's nice!
Yeah. Not finished yet. I don't know why it is lagging for me though. :(
    Thanks!
I just wanted to see if we had the sam vision for how it was going to turn out :)
The Crypt is a good addition to the graveyard. Perhaps we can add a small "cave" for the inside of it?
Here is the main story line for the map.
    Main Quest:
    1. Shalis arrive to the village. The Bandits is having a raid. You need to weaken their forces by assassinating 5 bandits without being discovered. You need to find 5 isolated targets and jump them with your new Stealth / Assassinate ability.

    2. Bandits retreat and prepare their next attack. Shalis encourage the villagers to fight back, and tells them that she will gather resources for them in order to make them stronger. You need to complete random quests and tasks in order to upgrade yourself and the army of villagers that will stand against the next bandit raid.

    3. The Bandits attack. You need to have upgraded your villagers enough to withstand the attack. (This event repeats a few (3) times maybe?)

    4. Surviving the attack will cause the bandit lord to retreat to his fortress. You now need to infiltrate, assassinate all his followers, and finally slay the bandit lord yourself in hand on hand combat. (Final boss fight)
Did you want to terrain a map? I have beginning to think of a concept and made a first-scratch template that you can fill with terrain if you'd like. :)
I fixed a solution to the tile puzzle. The current version of the game contain a code you can use to test the boss fight, just so you don't have to go through the entire map again. :)
Type "remixer" as a message at the start of the game.
Fixed the issues you reported! (+ a few other things that Dee-Boo reported)
    Hit me with more!! :D
Huh. That's right. I thought that was wrong but looked it up and found out I have been doing the whole possesive typing wrong... My english teachers never told me that... Thanks for pointing it out! I'll update the name with next upload.
    Haha true... :D
As I said, it is still just a concept. I'll begin thinking more of it once I have gotten some more feedback on Solens Temple. That way, I won't have to fix all things twice in different maps. :)
    Working together would be awesome!
I was hoping for that when I asked... :D

Yeah I played Dungeon Secrets and found it really fun. Although I remember getting stuck on some level around 25 I think, and giving up after that. Those elements could be very well implemented in Warden.

I'm working on a new concept that looks something like this: A bandit lord has been terrorizing villages, and needs to be stopped. Help out villagers to gain their loyalty, gold and goods.

This will include upgrades to damage, armor, regeneration and health and a wider arsenal of enemies.

So basically a concept with one or two villages, one heavily guarded bandit camp and neighboring forests, lakes and other eye-candy. What do you think?
Dude. I just checked out some of your maps. They are really awesome. Flawless in some aspects (especially Ancient Temples, Frozen Void and The Dreamspace. I love how creative you are, without using any imports... I was just wondering, since I find terraining tidious myself: Can I use your maps as templates for my "Warden" game? I got some really nice ideas looking through your maps.
    Excuse me Remixer but
I'm the guy who is hosting the Tech tree contest #10 and i wish to request that we if we are allowed to use your maps on future contests.
    Will you give your approval?
    D
Might as well update the date in your profile picture. I'd say 2025 is a safe bet ^^
You should never post a comment where you insinuate another user's comment is unprofessional. For these kind of stuff, there are VMs/PMs. I removed your post along with those of Shar so as to avoid any drama.
I like it so far. I have tried Barrens before but never got the feel of the tileset. I caution against too much asymmetry as melee players tend to dislike that.
That is looking nice. I assume it's made with my project in mind? Could I see the whole map overhead?
I would be interested in a larger player map, the issue is size. Each additional size (small, medium, etc) adds roughly 75-100 kb. Was there a specific reason you wanted a 10 player map?
