I'm not sure where I got them. At one point I downloaded all the Star Wars maps in the Hive and grabbed as many models from them as I could. That could be where I got them. I'm happy to send you an unprotected version of my map so you can grab them directly if you like. I'm on vacation though, so I won't be back to my computer where it's stored until Jan. 15th or so. Send me a message after then and I'll get it for you.
The ATAT model is weird though. The original one had a broken walk animation where it's feet would spin around like wheels. I deleted large portions of the walk animation to remove that, so if you look carefully at the ATAT in my map you'll see it will always walk with its left foot forward. That was the best I could do. Anyway, if you want the fixed version you'll probably need my map since I've never seen it uploaded anywhere.
