It differ from quality and file size. The 512x512 one has a better quality but it has a larger file size while other one has smaller file size and quality.

Yes and its better to have multiple railways inside and outside NCR. It that way it would lessen the traffic conditions but it will be impossible to implement because of the poor urban planning, thousands of informal settlers and sluggish works of DPWH.

I got it back (with a few animation tweaks from Gluma) but I still don't think it is quite ready. Its attack animations are still a little generic looking.

Try recovering your password. If you have an account it will send you a password recovery email to your email address which you can use to set a new password for the account. Then login to the BattleNet 2.0 app using that email and password.

If you have a BattleNet 2.0 account already, used by World of Warcraft, Hearthstones, Diablo III, StarCraft II or Heroes of the Storm then use that same account (no need for another).

You cannot get SC2 Wings of Liberty for free as each campaign requires the appropriate liscence.

You can however download StarCraft II 3.0 for free and play all arcade games on it. These include ones made with WoL, HotS and LotV campaign mods.

To get the free version of StarCraft II simply open your BattleNet 2.0 launcher, select StarCraft II and hit Install. After about 10-12 GB of downloads you will have StarCraft II 3.0 installed and can play any Arcade game, even those which use LotV campaign mods.

If you want to play the campaigns you will need to purchase the appropriate StarCraft II licences (WoL and HotS should be reasonably cheap now). Additionally some modes such as Archon and Coop will be disabled until you purchase a LotV licence.

Eventually, right now I am reworking a few of his animations and his texture so he will look normal when standing by Footmen (more useful that way, Wheel of Time maps can have them without having them look out of place)

I just finished reworking the Sauron model, now he has a mace and a proper portrait animation.

I literally had the same idea, something like employee of the month or something ^^
