Hi there. I'll tell you what I've told others that have asked me the same question. I think I got most of the models from the Hive and Wc3c, also some from xgm.ru. I don't have any of the models with me because I've deleted all my Wc3 related resources, few years ago. Sadly, you'll have to search for those models on your own. Good luck with your project, though!
