So I tested a few maps, but with the current map submission rules situation, I've decided not to moderate them yet. I only approved one. The rules may change and it would be tedious for me to reject maps now that would be under approval guidelines in a two days or so. Thanks everyone for being patient.

No, not really. Trump holds some views that are not at all in line with Ron Paul's more libertarian stance such as socialized medicine and eminent domain. Trump is really his own thing and doesn't conform to any particular party as far as I can tell. He may be running as a Republican and have lots of things to say with which I agree, but he's not my preferred candidate.
