You could try your race's area, Plains of Devastation.
It's what the name says - imagine a nuke had dropped on a forest, everything's pretty much immolated and exterminated, no plants or animals, but a molten ground and the whole area has a red tint due to the exploded red crystals.

Yeah I didn't have any other solid ideas for more races.

Races. The humans dominate each nation, accounting for approximately 70-96% of each one's total population count. Their dominance is not only proven by their numbers, but also by their arrogance. Non-humans are generally frowned upon all around the planet, though they are legally citizens and benefit from the same rights as a human would, except in Aethereus, where, as always, the people radically reject anything that may seem strange or unknown to them, such as magic and in this case, non-humans.

Quick description of the Plains of Devastation before we look at the other race: The relatively large area located between Aethereus and Distantia was created 350 years ago, after a huge blast ripped the land apart. Magic is suspected to be its cause and more precisely, Sanguis (see arts of magic). The intensity of the blast was most likely amplified by the huge source of red crystals located there, which have given it its present red color. The humans could not initially enter the area, as the air was completely filled with deadly toxins, but once they dared to set foot on the Plains, they found creatures wandering its reaches. How they had survived all these years in that area continues to bewilder scholars, as no plant or animal was spared by the blast.

'Race Z' is the youngest race, being only 350 years old. They hail from the Plains of Devastation (see map, red part+Plains of Devastation described above), but in the past 100 years, they've migrated to every corner of the planet.
The blue-skinned creatures are distant and prefer to stay hidden. However, in order to integrate and be able to live side by side with the humans, they've taken up several tasks: most of them join the army and others become contractors or crystal miners.

Having originated from the Plains of Devastation, they bear some remarkable advantages over the humans. Their physique is slim, but muscular and their extreme flexibility as well as agility give their race the edge in sword and dagger mastery.
Their minds are also much more developed, thanks to the race's extremely young age. They've essentially taken the human body and improved many of its aspects, the main one being the brain's efficiency. Compared to the speed of a human brain's neurotransmission (300km/h), their brain almost doubles it, with a neurotransmission rate of 500km/h. This gives them an extreme advantage in the reflexes department and also allows them to make the most use of Mens (see arts of magic).
Although not every human or 'race Z creature' bears magic inside them, 'race Z creatures' have the power to easily learn any language spoken in the different nations, which is most likely an advantage given to them in order to communicate easily with the humans, as they wish to stay at peace and out of racial conflicts.
Additionally, their reproduction rate is much higher than a human's, as the female only carries the baby for 2 months. This is the reason why a lot of humans fear them, as they could potentially overtake the humans in numbers in mere decades.

The magical trait of the Plains of Devastation has given their body all these physical and intellectual improvements, yet their immune system seems to be surprisingly lacking, which could be due to the fact that they weren't exposed to different bacteria and viruses like the humans, but only the toxicity of the Plains of Devastation.
They also age much less than humans, with the oldest ever sitting at 65.

Also do you have a restore point? Then you'd be able to recover it easily. If not, well, we'd have to find a legit program or search up a weird way to recover deleted windows files, which is most likely possible.
