First one calling to a quest, gets the quest. If none takes over a quest, I would ask you to do so
Always post in the thread that you are working on a particular request before actually working on it
Check out the 'Open Requests' table in this post before posting a comment that you take a request
It is recommended to use the template for finished requests following this hidden tag
Don't take a request if you know that you are not able to finish it soon, one of our qualities is speed

Made a test map for it. I had to make a few adjustments to support longer text but I think I can create some decent stuff now.

Hm, what I can do, I can create techs if you give me the unit. So, if you say 'Here, the necromancer needs four pairs of tech to choose one tech per pair', then I can create the techs

I am not sure whether I can be a great help with that, I am not very experienced with the Azeroth story line outside of WC3. I could create units and tech trees, but they wouldn't be bound or probably not matching to the story you would like to create.
