No, they can support siege weapons. But I'm not sure if there's a bigger damage reduction factor.

I finally thought they moved past that in Stronghold 2 (though you still could attack the wooden walls).

I have SC1 installed right now. I usually build those square walls, not the round ones. They have those things, like wooden roofs on the top, which protects archers (or does it? I could never tell)

Yeah, I remember a mission, in which I defend a castle against some monsters that jump (or climb, can't remember) on the walls and mind control my archers. That one was really fun.

I told you about my PC. Can't really support SC2, hell I can't even max out GTA San Andreas, without getting at least some kind of lag.
Though I would like to try. Played SC1 a little (maybe 3-4 first missions with the human race). To be honest, I would rather mod SC2, since it's newer, and it has more players.

Yeah, I remember it had many little unneeded popularity factors. Played legends very little, and I found it fun, but strange. Stronghold was, at least for me, a medieval game, which represented a realistic period.

Haven't player SC2 either, but I see they removed many characters. Marshal was always my favorite ally. I just love his lines ^^

What exactly is so bad about Stronghold 3, besides story? (seriously, they said Wolf was around 80 years old during the first Stronghold, and now he returns? Geez...)

Stronghold 2 had was overwhelmed with new features, although it didn't have the same charm as the original, or the Crusader. Never player the third one, but I heard only bad things about it.
