More like a barrelless cannon, having a small turret instead of cannon barrel. It quite similar to hailfire droid from star wars (the model is on the site too).
ah so you are doing a campaign? The fact is that Tsar tank looks quite different than others, which could be more visually appalling when playing.

(Post) oh my, that's cool, I am currently audiobooking the Wheel of Time, what a coincidence ツ
Loving that new model of yours. I think it'd benefit from a couple more animations, though. I assume you're using mdlvis to edit them? Maybe bring back the "Spell Attack" as an attack, from the base model, aswell as "Stand Talk Second" as a spell, with some minor tweaks.
Well, yea. Someone was nice to make the cosmic lion for me, but I also like my old guy - so I made gif to switch between them. Not that existing a story though, so I guess you could also imagine that the old guy is actually a superhero, who as he grew older started to resonate more and more with the universe, which in a final epic explosion turned him into the lion starsign. From his spot on the heavens he now fights crime and evil in all the galaxy.. far far away from his home.

Here are the newest versions of the soldiers.

I'll not be uploading these until the gunner-team is finished being animated and geoswapped in the classic HerrDave way.
I'm definitely not a master. I'm a lazy newb who spends 30-120 minutes per model and can't even animate. :xxd:

    But thanks!
Oh, never mind. I fixed it. In mdlvis when i wrap something, sometimes the vertices goes down all the way and i cant wrap, but i started it all over. Do you know maybe what is causing it?
Hey can I ask where did you get those barbed wires in your picture below?
I know I was being a creeper, but this guy is really lookin' sick. I absolutely love the wrap on that face/head.

Would the Necromancer animations not be a good stand-in (just for the time being)?
I am so ecstatic about this...no one has come as close as you have to making good World War 1 or 2 type units that also look very Warcraft 3-ish. I like the balance.

    I have another question:

What tutorial do you recommend I use for learning how to make custom units from scratch? Or is that even a thing, hence why you have to use base models?

I have tried picking this up before, but I got kinda frustrated with only being able to edit units with the limited tutorials I have seen so far.
The closest thing that comes to mind would be make it akin to the Juggernaught unit...out of metal and no sails...

However, I think simple would be the best approach to this...like no more than 2 or 3 turrets on top...1 smoke stack should be efficient or else I could imagine the deck space would be cluttered.

Also, I still can't wait for your tank and horse units! I just started back on trying to learn about making maps and modeling units...I am only a beginner at best. However, I got your infantry units to work swimmingly on my maps...the amount of casualties will be terrible in my skirmishes.

Side note: On Steam they came out with a WWI game - 1914-1918 or something like that. I saw some videos of it and I am sure it could continue to give you good ideas. I also liked your idea on the updated Stahlhelm on that machine gunner pick...like the generation 2 model with the small spokes on the side. I think this could set up for more additions to your resources and potentially any campaigns you might put together out of all this...like really add in-depth and a story of progression to the length of the conflict involved.
I didn't want to bother multi-posting across all four, so I'll just say here: Excellent little pack of zombies, man. Creative and interesting interpretations, and really 'fleshes out' a formerly limited list of "creepy basic Undead units" in the roster. : )
Something just came to mind...how do you feel about water units?

You could do WW1 style Dreadnought! Like make it about size of the battleships in game.

That would be sweet...I like some of the warship models on this site, but it just occurred to me there really isn't a lot of variety.
Does that mean If I remake their texture, I will have to import that remaken texture?

Edit: is it possible if I just edit the models itself, try to use another in-game textures maybe for them and not the replaceable ones?
