  • I apologize Argos.... I seriously don't know what is going on, it should work perfectly... Like really it should, maybe there's a bug I don't know about. Would you like to try something other then dialogs, Argos? It's easier to manage even.... Any way really besides Dialogs.

    Yay I got it working finally!!!!! News update Argos, almost done. Remember I get easily frustrated with the easiest things, I eventually do figure them out.
    Are you sure you want to use dialog's? There's many other options, I decided to try again. Did you find anyone else hopefully?
    Dialogs suck so much, I do not like them one bit. . . This isn't working for me for 0 reasons. Here's what I managed to break/edit/do. I suggest finding someone else for now because I just can't do it.     Good luck. I'm sorry I failed so hard for so long. Dialogs don't work with hash-tables and when one player clicks a button for dialog, all clicks after are registered useless since they don't register at all. So you have to remake it every time for the players that didn't click. Oh, and dialog button arrays need their numbers specified otherwise it only works up to 1. Same bug with unit groups and timers.
    I don't like working with newgen, it's so slow. . .
    Well just got two more area's to do in the triggers then dialogs should be fixed.
    Just working on fixing the player click bug now, hope I haven't bothered you that much. I didn't think I would have taken this long, but I haven't had access to a computer 24/7 and was elsewhere often.
    It's taking a while, give me a bit more time. My apologies, tried to fix the bug with hashtables for dialog buttons however there seems to be no fix I can find.
    Guess you aren't online anymore, went to check just now. Like I said though I found the problem and am remaking it =) . Sorry that such a problem happened....
    I was, am working on the dialog system currently. It seems to be buggy with hashtables for some reason, will have a complete remake for you soon.
    Well just a replay showing me the problem is what I meant, but yeah your right. Maybe tomorrow if we can find a time.

    Well at least the problem was solved/fixed and the opposite is here. Will see what is going on. Sorry again, funny though that it happens to red now. lol

    When exactly does it stop working? The first menu?

    3. Is to disable enter so it is needed in a way.
    Well i just tested it on battle-net. Voting was somehow bugged. Only first player can vote, others are shown only an empty window without options to pick.
    The dialogs should be working perfectly, I didn't spend much time on the other stuff. So no idea, I can look into it.

    I don't understand why those 3 things you said are failing. They all worked when I was testing.

    That new what is it option sounds quite cool, I will try to upgrade my dialog system to account for that feature.
