I only wanted to discuss about the logic.

Well. You can have old threads reopened if you ask the staff about it. And yes, some recurring threads are okay. Obviously. I closed this one in particular because we've seriously had more than a hundred threads about how WarCraft III is dying stretching back to 2005, and they all follow the same droning pattern.

Was answer enough for me. I'm not creating a thread for it. I actually have a thread about moderation strictness in the Staff contact forums, ~2 months old. I talk about possible enhancements for how to rate a resource. Moderators should have a common reviewing standard in order to maintain a ~1:1 ratio between ratings.
And I'm neutral toned by the way, not mean or aggressive or angry. My psychology teacher said that people can take neutral tone as assaulting or insulting, that's one of the reasons why smilies are so commonly used, to avoid neutral tone turning into insulting
But I thought of having the smilies aside, kind of stupid to have smiley at the end of each sentence when I don't mean it
AND GODDAMN!! THIS IS A PROPER AND HONEST QUESTION!! Not trading "punches":

Where can I complain about that rule?

What you mean want you gone? I didn't know you were issued to lock duplicates. I don't know what you mean by trading punches, I just didn't know about that rule, mkay! Sorry if I sounded aggressive, I was honestly neutral about it!
And what else there is to discuss with community mods than their actions? I highly appreciate the work resource mods do, I'd be super happy to see more of them. They do insane amount of work in their active time.
And what comes to community mod, I think DSG was a good one
