Hey, the bridge is not destroyed right?

Alrighty Paillan - I'm gonna tell you something now. Something I love about you, and something I really, really, really(!!!) think you should try change to the better:
You are a very loyal and extremely active member of Kaelicious. You know its lore, its background. You're humble and always willing to help with any kind of plot. Your roleplaying and your writing has improved a LOT the last year - That's what I like about you.
What I don't like, nor understand, is that you're still not doing your best when it comes to writing posts and making terrains, etc.
Your posts are SO full of typos, and your terrains are so full of flaws - that they seem so rushed - and the worst thing is that you probably don't care, at all. That's what I don't like.
Fair enough if you were actually a bad writer and a bad terrainer, but no... I know that you can do better. You just don't do it.
Me and most of the others read through our posts ten times before posting, making sure there are not a single typo. We are even more careful around our terrains, and I'll not even speak of the drawings, they must be perfect!

Normally I don't mind your behavior, but right now I do... for you are in the process of scaring away new members. Mythic took his time to write a post, a decent one too, but nope it doesn't work out. Why? Because he couldn't read through Paillan's typos - I hadn't noticed you had set up a camp at the bridge neither, before now, where I read through the whole RP thread!
It's happening so often that I am confused about your posts, that I have to read through them several times before I understand them - please do not let new members do this. I have already decided to change to the better (I don't make Walls of Text, only simple clear posts this month), can you change too?

Your grammar isn't the best - that's not your fault, but please, I know that you can do better. Your roleplaying and writing has gotten A LOOOOT better - I am actually starting to love your posts, but every time there is one thing ruining them. Those damn typos - why don't you just check it one damn time before you press the "post"-button?
Your terraining isn't the best, but you're better than what you're showing us. You're not blind pal - you can see that these units are facing wrong directions, that there is text in the corner here, and that the red sky at the end of the world being so close to the Christmas camp looks bloody weird! Right?

All I ask for is that you do like the rest of us - aim for perfection! Try impress us, instead of irritate us. Show the world the best side of you! I know its in there somewhere. I've seen it a couple of times before, and I bloody miss it!



Anyway, I've decided to act - so that we can keep Mythic and Sky Green in Kaelicious a little longer.
I have to delete Mythic's post, as he was the one making the mistake of not understanding your post... but can you do me a favor and try be a little less confusing in the future?

I'm going to SPEND THE WHOLE NIGHT to make a post that puts everything in order, removes confusion as much as possible, putting Mythic and Sky Green back into the main plot so they feel welcome in the story.

Or perhaps in a slightly different position?

Like, someplace at the back of the Red Army?

Be careful you don't ruin his plot, by solving all of his problems so early in the event

Damn, that's a good point... but who knows? Kaelicious-angels are obviously quite different from the usual Christianity-angels you know - guess we'll have to wait nine months to get the answer ^^

In the Kaelicious universe everything is possible. I mean, we have boxing Mushroom People, Tauren Voidwalkers, Valentine Babies and Pumpkin Infernals - an angel orc wouldn't be that strange compared to the others :b

Maybe you are not, but Dante surely is. I recommend you read, and understand, my entire post - perhaps start taking notes or something, for I wrote a lot of stuff like that there. I directly wrote that Dante was in a bad mood because being so weak, and that he needed to go re-fill his Fire energies, because if he died, Leila would die too, and bla bla bla

That's a childish David-like way to go around things. Come on, I know you're better than that.

Perhaps you are right, I don't know - but I know I had received long PMs everyday for weeks from him, and by long I mean Walls of Text. I had guided him through most of our lore, and there's A LOT of it, you know. Everyday, he seemed very eager about the whole thing, and wanted to join the group more and more, so one day I thought it was time and I told him to just go ahead write a post in the general discussions thread. I told him that people there were nice and would give him a nice welcome.
But what happened? His post was ignored by anyone but me. Bern started talk to me, instead of the new guy, even when Real Young Bofill made his second post, saying directly hi to her. Then you came and joined in on the conversation.. WITH BERN. Even worse - you started arguing, showing the worst possible side of our group.
Point is that everybody completely ignored him, and now he's gone. What a welcome :V

However, don't consider this a scolding, as the episode is long in the past now. But please listen to this anyway, and be kind to the new guys in the future. What I'm saying here, is that we desperately need new people if we want the group to survive, so let's show them how awzum and nice we are instead of keeping them out of our little cozy community

If you are curious, I was referring to your behavior when that new fella, Real Young Bofill, showed up. You never really welcomed him, and instead you started discussing personal issues with Bern just as he had arrived - I believe that was what scared him away. But well, now that Sky Green has come, you might have gotten a good chance to prove that you are actually capable of being kind and welcoming to the newcomers ^^

Ever since I started roleplaying in Kaelicious I have made sure to reveal the emotions and thoughts of my characters, in the posts that I write. Because of that, Kari and Xi Wangmu knows exactly what my character thinks and feels in different situations. It's odd that you don't, but well, please look for signs in future posts. They're everywhere.
Anyways, I like the changes you made to the post - neither Am'ar nor Dante looks weak now, that's how it's supposed to be

Bro, I didn't count pauses and stuff... I just calculated from my school day today begins till it ends + the football tourney is exactly 9 hours and 50 minutes. And THEN comes the music part that I chose myself...
And I'm not trying to brag or anything if you believe that. I don't care which one of us has the longest school days, our schools are better anyway. And this is also a terribly long day for us - so damn typical that it's today when I had no chance of sleeping >.>

However, problem is that I have to wait, because I haven't slept at all this night because I had to make that damn first post as well as prepare myself for school. Last night I slept only three hours, so I'm pretty fucking tired now. Ask me if my school day, starting in a couple of hours is gonna be quickly over... answer is NO! Longest school day ever! Six hours of normal school! (1½ hour with german where I have to present that damn text to the class), then there's a football tourney with my class after school - and guess what? I made a deal with some musician friends that I will tell a story on one of their tracks tonight, so I'm gonna be home daaaaaaaaamn late, and once I'm home, I'll be daaaaaaaaamn tired. And once I've slept out there's another day of school - first after tomorrow's school day I predict some free time to make RP posts... x)

The thing is.. argh, I had really hoped this would not happen before I got to drew the map.
There is a huge wall between the ocean east of Easterland, and the ocean east of the Easter Games Arena. You can't see it on the maps yet, because I recently made it up, and that is why I wanted to make a map about it because it would explain it much better than I possibly can with words :l

This portal-talk actually got me really excited, so decided to read a little about it on Wowpedia - the internet base for all Warcraft lore - and found out that portals can in fact be cast by all kinds of trained arcanists (Mages who focus on learning arcane magic). Arcane magic, however, is a broad term, and arcanists can be anything from those evil dudes seeking crazy powers, to the responsible good-willed dudes who wants to use the magic for good.
Baddie-magic, in the Warcraft universe, is often centered around fel energy - which is mostly associated with demons and is almost always used for evil purposes, but when the evil warlocks make portals, this is not the kind of magic they use. They summon their portals using normal arcane energy like any other normal mage would ^^
But whatever, let's keep in mind that Kaelicious is not Warcraft. We make our own rules here, and this time I decide that it'll be sort of like the Warcraft universe :b
