Hey Daniele, do you know what +rep actually means? I'm not sure if you do.
Adding reputation (shortened to +rep) to someone is a way to show your appreciation for whatever he or she did. You add reputation to a specific post, then you can choose whether or not to add a comment to the given reputation. While I understand you appreciate my actions, you haven't actually given me any reputation. In order to perform this task, find any of my posts (except posts in Off-Topic), and press the little button with the check and the X, right to the left of my current reputation, a blue and a green circle.
I'll give you some reputation just so you can see its effects.
