When you get to level 5 you unlock regular PvP. I think that discourages multi accounting.

I always do unless it is a specialization quest. They are utter BS NPC rants, which could be grouped into ~3 paragraphs instead of 17 separate dialogs.

I think I do know why people want to change to Bringers. Daggers have ~10 points lower attack but have ~100 higher critical than scimitars.
