  • Well, it's locked up in the MPQ, but there are a lot of tools that can easily open the MPQ. An example is Ladik's MPQ Editor.
I don't know of any. What you could do is make a really nice scenic terrain and focus it on the Mountain King. Also, what do you mean "mountain king's base model"? It's already inside the Warcraft III MPQ; there's no reason to download it!
It's not very complicated at all. It's really basic GUI. I just created a random scenario, you can name the variable however you want and have the event unit as whatever you want.
However, if you were able to solve your problem using a different solution, then that's good. If you want to save a hero and load it in the next map, just use the game cache to save its stats and items and all that. It's pretty easy. That is, if this map/campaign is singleplayer. If it is multiplayer, use Nestharus's codeless save/load system. It's absolutely amazing.
Well, I'm not competent with GUI, but I think you just need to create a trigger that says that whenever one of the required units dies, say, a Demonic Summoner, that you add one to the variable DS, then you run a check that the variable DS is equal to, say, four. If it is equal to four, then turn off the trigger and complete the quest. If it isn't, do nothing.
I think that is how it should go. As I said, I'm not competent with GUI.
If you're making a trigger in JASS or Wurst, I am unable to help you.
Thank you, And someone already gave an answer but i can't figure out how to set up a trigger that activates when certain enemies are dead,
