    Judging just by the gameplay, it looked like you were just ordering the car unit to move towards location every 0.2 or so seconds.

    The sliding system allows you to drift around corners and other fun things.
    I didn't notice a sliding system in your race.

    Blizzard's race uses arrow keys, left/right for turning, accelerates only while up arrow is held down, and slows down otherwise.
    Well, I remember a few like this from a few years back when there were more maps sites. The thing is that Blizzard made a high-quality racing game like this, and personally I value new systems very much, so this doesn't interest me much since it's been done before.

    Do your turning like this:
    Trigger 1 - On right click, set real TargetAngle = angle between unit and click.
    Trigger 2 - Every 0.1 seconds
    If (facing angle is less than TargetAngle)
    Then set TargetAngle = TargetAngle + 5
    Else set TargetAngle = TargetAngle - 5

    There's also an issue you'll see with angles near 0 / 360, so you need to add special cases for that. Go see Dalvengyr's entry, his system works in a similar way and covers these special cases.

    Well there are some more things you could improve on in the map.

    I don't think players should be able to share gold. Because if you start a 6 team, all players can pool one person, and he gets 1800 gold! for atomic nuke at start and others.

    Also, I think there should be assist gold, because if one person gets all the kills at start, he will get so ahead of his teammates that his team will never get any kills, only him, and he will get all the gold. Also, if you added assists, you could make the rune bonus spell grant assist gold if it hits an enemy.

    Also I forgot to mention: Your game end message is broken.

    When the game ends all players get this message in red:

    The multiboard looks well done. Reminds me of DotA's.

    Also, a suggestion: you should be able to choose how many kills you want to win, now we can only choose 20 or 40.

    I think players get too much gold if they are doing well. But at the beginning if you don't get any kills you get no gold at all, and one player ends up having 3 super powered weapons while the other still have the weapons they started with.

    As for the nuke it seems ok, the delay is high and the damage isn't that much. But the atomic strike seems to ohko every time, and the area is bigger so harder to dodge, and it seems to drop the missile faster than the nuke. In other words, it's way better, and it's only 250 more expensive.

    But this is all in 1,7, you may have fixed all this. I'll give you more feedback when you test 1,8.
    Lol there's nothing to apologize for, we all have bugs in our code, that's what the players are there for, to find them so mapmaker can fix them easier ^-^
