  • The best guy ever, thank you for making To the bitter end!
Not only good campaign and gameplay but beautiful music! I found alot of good music because that campaign and i really really enjoyed it, the music fits so good into it.I only missed voice actors but anyway it still is the best eEeEver!
Well Switzerland is mostly German :p, but I never thought you were on the other side of the world.

By enhanced editor I meant jngp, world editor with extra bits, you didn't use it for your campaign?
I posted back, but seems that there is nothing new I could learn from it, I will just try to avoid those errors when possible. Btw, are you german?
    Hello Soul Reaver,

Can you please tell me what is (Cameron Allerion) Mass fireballs ability are based on????
Or actually hero bandits as side things but not too strong. The second chapter for fei make hero footmen. Then 3rd chapter druid heroes. 4th chapter some ice champion complaining about the evil in the land. 5th when abput to get healer the prince guy as 5th character. Then on and on untill the part where heroes split but on one map and talk thing is thos things that show up on top of characters. The full intention is to make it multiplayer with extra champions that make sense with the game.
You don't even have t o do much like for the first chapter make weaker versions of the character
Tell me Why did a Marine Hero in your Campaign
    That dosent fit right.

You know Mordern Warfare Marine enters a Medevil Apocalispe?
nice to hear that, and I think that is the exact song that played during that mission right? :D thats why it still appears in my mind :D
They're all on hive workshop. Depends on what you're after. For example, one of the only JASS things I'm using (or will be using, I should say, in version 1.0.04) is a GUI-friendly damage detection system, which you can find here: http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/spells-569/gui-friendly-damage-detection-v1-2-1-a-149098/

I tend to search Google for specific things when I'm trying to do something with Warcraft 3 and can't figure it out.

My campaign is predominantly coded in GUI, with a bit of custom script and very little JASS though, so I don't think I could help all that much with JASS coding.
I think I generally need a JASS coder.
Anyway, is there a link to those sample maps? Thanks, Soul-san.
Other than myself, not really. I did all my GUI triggering myself, and any JASS I used I got from tutorials/sample maps.

Was there a specific thing you needed done or did you just generally need a GUI/JASS coder?
Thanks. Yup! It's less n less.
No reply since may I think.
Soul-san know anyone good with GUI/JASS except spells?
Soul-san, sorry 2 ask, but which is unpaid job listings section? Thanks. :3
I advertised on Conceptart.org, at the unpaid job listings section, and I got a few replies, including a cool guy called Stephen Cousins. I asked all applicants to provide samples of their work/links to their galleries so I could take a look - I liked Stephen Cousins' work the best, and felt it best fit with the aesthetic I was going for.

Note that if you ask someone to do unpaid work for you, there does still need to be something in it for them. In some cases they may be willing to work just for the experience or to add something to their portfolio, but it helps if their work and name gets exposure (so they might be able to get paying clients in the future) or in some other way benefits them. Make it clear what exactly they can get out of it and make sure your estimations are realistic. Also keep in mind that if they work pro bono they're doing you a HUGE favour, so don't be pushy and keep timelines realistic (I advertised months in advance so that the person I picked would have time to put my work on the backburner whenever he had any paid work or other job prospect type stuff he needed to work on).

We worked together on the image, with me supplying as much concept material as I thought would be useful for each of the characters (screenshots, drawings, and a written description), and he sent me drafts and asked me for feedback/what I thought of them. We worked out the final design together.

He was very good to work with, but I think he deserves to get more paid work now. :p
Soul-san, how do you do today? ^^
How do you get your picture designed? To the Bitter campaign background pic.
    It's awesome.
I just wanted the code to see how you make things.
I particulary understand why you don't want no problem ;)
Anyway I got the code with MPQ extractor even if I prefer the map XD

    Thanks for the reply ;)
    Hello,
I wanted to ask you a non protected map to see the code you wrote.
I know this is embarassing for you since you want to protect your stuff so feel free to say no I won't be sad.
I'm just a coder and I wanted to know how you made some things :)
Anyway I loved your campaign it was one of the best I ever played.
Good music in this :3 !
