  • How do you duplicate this bug?

I've seen it before, and if I remember it was a problem with that unit not being included in the "Do Not Trigger Selection" code.
    The E000 is the pointer.

It is inside the Pallette rect and the game thinks you're trying to select is as a custom unit.

Put it inside the Pointer Rect and make sure that is not in the Pallette rect. Or something like that. I'd have to break open Newgen to tell you the exact steps. See if you can't solve it from what I've told you.

Maybe show screenshots of the Rects and pointer.
The Anarki you know is the fraud. The real Lord_Anarki has long since left Warcraft 3. But that doesn't really matter anymore.

I'd find greener pastures mate, the Wc3 roleplaying community doesn't deserve anymore support.
RARP became obsolete following the battle.net 1.23 patches (which made many maps with certain scripts unplayable). XRP was my attempt at reviving it, but I quickly lost interest in Warcraft 3 and have been administrating/modding a hardcore RP server for neverwinter nights 2.

I'd gladly give you XRP if I still had the unprotected maps. Alas, they are long gone. I have gone through multiple computers since then and I do not remember where it is.

I did not make SotDRP or RotRP. There may be unprotected versions of them out there publicly available, if I remember correctly.

Thanks for the critique, though, I'll be messing with styles as I'm out of High School

Sounds like a fantastic idea. If you're into game making, drawing is a great skill to have (of course, that's true when applied to a lot of other subjects as well.) I hope you'll keep at it and that you find it meaningful. =)
Yet again, school/scientific propagandha is still bullshit, all propagandha is bullshit :p I don't classify myself and I'm proud of it :D
And yeah, bitches will accept and swallow whatever we shove down their throat, religion, bad music, hot cum...
Well, I always thought rapping was the vocal technique, while hip hop was the music/scene (MCing, DJing, dances, etc). And I kinda see what you mean by alot of new genres popped up in the 90's, but in fact, most if not all of them popped up before that, they just didn't go mainstream yet, or had a huge wave in the 90's. Grunge can be traced to alternative rock of the mid 80's, and a few 100% grunge band popped up by the late 80's. Hip hop existed since the late 70's, and it was already popular by the mid-late 80's with bands like Run-DMC. 90's 'skate punk' actually popped out in the late 80's with bands like Bad Religion and Screeching Weasel; even ska-punk had popped out already with Operation Ivy. Death metal exists 'officially' since Death released their first LP in 1987 and Bathory released a shitload of 'true' black metal in the 80's aswell. Idk about electro :p nu metal is pretty much the only thing thatreally popped out of the 90's, not because of mainstream's retardedness.
Melodic death metal grew always more popular in the late 90's, until it exploded in the mainstream in the 2000's with the american take on it, metalcore (the post-hardcore element is real important). Anyway, yeah I did notice that since really not long ago, maybe 2-3 years, bands like Asking Alexandria and Abandon All Ships started to pop up, with gayass electronics in it. Keyboards were there since way before, but I actually didn't mind them. But yes, I miss true talent and passion, definitely.
Haha, don't wanna go against what you said, but you've got half the 90's wrong :p Punk never was as popular as it was in the 90's, bands like The Offspring, Rancid and dare I say, dreadful Green Day were owning the music charts. Bad Religion, Pennywise and NOFX were also selling big time. They also were the last true wave of 'punk' though (even if I enjoy bands like Sum 41 for the nostalgia status, they aren't really 'punk'. Fall Out Boy is just horrible). Nirvana itself was pretty alright, it's what the mainstream did with grunge that was horrible, for the metal dying part, you're right, but not about death metal. Children of Bodom is a really late band, death metal existed for more than a decade when CoB released their first album. Black and death indeed took the place, but only in 'true metal' circles: nu metal was the more mainstream genre (even though it's not metal).
I was talking about the bay area for the kickass thrash metal scene you guys had in the 80's :D I actually love being one of those anti-mainstream people, but if you what you mean is that it's sad that we have to go against the stream, the yeah it is. You're not alone to hate modern days (having 90's nostalgia has almost become trendy..). I also dislike CC (I prefer, by far, Atheist, Death and finnish/swedish/dutch bands of that era) and for some reason, I never REALLY was into CoD and weirdly, I play it since Call of Duty 3 :p Anyway, just now you're so not alone in this (dunno if it's just me, your comment made it sound like it), if we're lucky, I think we'd be able to make a giant cultural revolution.
Yeah right, cashier :D And yeah, I'm indeed thinking about the cool spots, Hermosa Beach seems kickass to me, Venice aswell. And god is it sad that no one sk8s anymore :( I mean here, compared to the late 90's where sk8boarding was one of the coolest thing ever (at least, for me :p I didn't listen to punk at a young age for nothing lol), life is soooooo shitty and depressing. I mean, how did we go from skateboards, punk and badass cartoons to text messaging, Lady Gaga and Hannah Montana...? And yeah, I think the O.C. and the Bay Area look kinda cool too, but I know it's not the 80's anymore
I was raised that way too, my parents would've probably been pissed big time if they knew back then :p But at the same time, you get such a cool accomplishment feeling when you're 15 and you come out of the store with your 24 beers, it's retarded (note that I'm in Canada and the legal age is only 18 here :p). I've learned so many ways to 'fool' the counter-girl (well, the girl behind the counter/cash machine? dunno how it's called in english) over the years, it's not even funny, I guess I still feel a bit shameful about it. Anyway, weirdly, I always feel to go out when I'm bored (and often, go out as in at least a one hour drive) and California always seemed like one of the less boring place in North America to me :p
I totally feel you! Even though there's not really any age for sex, when you CAN actually drink and drive (I'll admit I did both way before I was legally able to :p), it doesn't really get rid of boredom, cuz you need people to drink (drinking alone is boring and kind of... alcoholic? Oh and did I mention it was boring?), and those fuckers are working all the time, and you can't drive, because you're too fucking piss-poor to have gaz-money. I never really played sports either (outside of school) but at the same time I always thought kids doing sports faked the fun :p I realize I'm not at least partly wrong. And yeah, like most things the government has power on, the economy is fucked and led by bad decisions. Thrust me, boredom is one of the worst plague that has hit western civilization, even when you do have time, people and ressources, there are always responsabilities and shit like that to stop you from doing what you really want to.
Haha, pretty much the same here :p It's sad to see what has happened of it, I could 'put it back up', but I don't know for how long this 'comeback' is gonna last. But thanks for saying I kept that thread good :p I didn't even notice RB left that thread aswell, it's true that I left him in care of it for way too long... Actually I left WC3 since 2008, but I joined sites like THW to go into modding this time (without ever playing lol) but if I came back it's probably because of late-summer boredom (sadly).
