  • well you kinda don't open a model with notepad.. you open with model editor
    Do you have a damage detection system in your map?
    Do you have a unit indexer in your map?
    These questions are for your Restart request.
    The problem isn't with the model. The big size is caused by the texture. The number will only optimize textures not model.
    kaga bro, moderator suruh gue benerin tuh model, ni gua lagi sibuk benerin model2 gua yg disangka rip atau apalah, gua udah bikin kaya gini dia mintanya itu, gua udah bikin kaya gitui dia mintanya gini, padahal gua liat model2 yang lain cuman simple, enjoy ajalah sambil naikin skill modelling :D

    Redshift's guns is worth 512x512 detailed texture quality with almost same filesize.
    90->88 is unnoticeable but will cut down some size.
    Plus warcraft III use old rendering system that noises in textures wouldn't be seen (and because of the small size of the sword).

    Then you'll have to set the option (File>Option or File>Properties, I forgot)
    At the right top will be compression ratio, reduce the number from 90 to 80 or 85 (lower will ruin your texture)

    Making a model is too much for a beginner. Because you have to create model, create skin, wrap it (which is annoying), attach the model to bone, then animating the bone (which is very very tedious thing to do). Making is a art of combining anyways so I suggest you to do geomerging first. -Grendel himself started with this tutorial and he became a great modeller (not to mention almost all his starting models were just geomerge!). It is all about patience and creativity.
    By the way, milkshape is great for beginners because everything is clear (you can just practice making something like a Tank or Truck by combining some squares, cylinder and basic geometry). But making complicated thing such as human body is just too hard in milkshape.

    Channel for 2 second, then release it with direction of targeted ground. Damaging unit for 200 damage ( Pure ) Within 240 range from the ball, pull for 400 range. After it reach the end / Final destination, it will splash and damaging unit on 400 area for 400 damage ( Pure ) And pull for 400 range. The ball has 1000 Range, moving with 500 Speed.

    Yeah me too.. using milkshape, well you good with texturing, improve your modelling it will be awesome :)
    Tutorial
    If you're first timers, don't do scratch-from-nothing models. Try geomerging instead, it only requires patience.
