Yeah, basically. That's the idea at least. Speaking of which, I'm still missing a few models (esp. a mechanical unit & buildings, which I assume is your specialty ), so if you're interested, let me know.

Here and there. I think it's actually starting to piece together nicely. I don't consider myself good at storylines or character development, but I'm trying to learn & this'll be good practice. I have the story arc set; the characters are fleshing out; the kinds of battles are already coming together. The minutiae (each level, what all the sub-quests are, the items, who exactly some of the one-shot enemies are) is unclear; that will become more solid as I move from the conceptual work ("spiritual creation") to the physical work ("temporal creation"). But the primary (and secondary) enemies, the kinds of characters you'll be playing as, and the feel I want to give, those are all good.

e.g. once I open WE for the first time in a month. The race will be finished & ostensibly released first; I think I'll make a cinematic "0th level" to package with the mod & showcase my eventual plans.

Not exactly. My original (and current) Primary Goal, the one thing I want to complete above anything else, would be a custom Jungle Troll campaign, with a custom J.Troll race (compatible with melee Wc3 races) created as a "5th race addition".

As you can see here and here, however, my "maximum" end-goal would be the creation of upwards of 7 complete custom races (all ostensibly melee-compatible, but perhaps ultimately as a standalone conversion), along with almost an entire Tavern more of Neutral Heroes (those are some of my favorite). All of which done with high standards of design and aesthetics, compatible (thematically/aesthetically/gameplay-atically) with melee Wc3, as well as (hopefully) fun & interesting.

I think it's almost entirely doable; I've got & gathered plenty of ideas. Just a matter of putting it in place (and finding good art for it, too. That always helps motivate me/others xD)

Of course, those are pretty lofty goals, which is why I focus on my "first steps first" minimum goal of "Jungle Troll race". Then a campaign, and then... Who knows?

Well, they are OK, but to me they just feel a bit too much associated to the swedish nazi movement. If you like this kind of music though you should check out "The Kristet Utseende". Just make sure to take their lyrics with a huge pinch of salt.

Dude, my profile says Goblin Fanatic and I've only made goblin releated stuff. I will probably only make goblin releated stuff in the future as well, thus logical reason indicates I will make a goblin map also.

As for permission, do I have it? Should I only deliver it to AnimalPower or should I upload it? For example, edited one of Deolrin's stuff a while back and was allowed to use it as long as I didn't officially upload it. Same could go for you, if you want. Although I think people could use a map with both of the versions in it and it doesn't necessarily have to be about American Civil Wars.

Also, I don't know what anyone would gain from making a real time demonstration of a pointless war. I mean, assassins creed at least introduces conspiracies and mysteries, a twist to the boring old history.

AnimalPower, I just whipped something up because he apparently wanted to make a American Civil War map, for some reason. America is boring now and it was boring then. I wouldn't make a map about them, ever. XD

It is propaganda because it is false and wants to make others believe it's true, and it it facist because not only it imposts pieces of history of others, it also gives people the impression that they own lands, that they do not, therefore turning them into imperialistic zealots. All based on a lie.

Maybe because you mistake Macedonia and Macedonians with people who allow themselves to be affected by some facist propaganda of a slavic goverment in the central Balkan region. They may be posing as "Macedonians" but that doesn't mean a thing.

It is pretty addictive, and has a much simpler learning curve when compared to MtG. Good for newbies who are playing trading cards for the first time I guess, even got my adult cousin hooked. My sister who was never interested in MtG but did try playing a few rounds of Star Wars.

But overall for us 'long-term' card players, MtG is still the best.

Well you know... when Darth Vader ruled half the universe, he had a brilliant idea to corrupt young people into the dark side, by introducing a playable trading card game. Those who were addicted went to the dark side and periodically shout "I want to play cards all day and not work!!!"

PS: Avoid the star wars cards at all cost.... they're very dangerous if you ask me
