    Yep. I'll be posting a WIP soon, but I've had to do so much experimenting and wasn't sure if it would work right.

    i'm at the ivory cathedral. things just got more complicated with portals.
    Yeah, but even the rep price is not the same. If I left Mini-Mapping contests in Arena, it wouldn't make sense anymore, given that most sections have such. You can even tell from the price that is reduced down to 25. There has to be homogeneity among the sections.
    Anyway, I am open to extending it for a month, but maybe tell people that such themes will not be bearable for the next mini-mapping contests.
    I wasn't really planning to host this theme, I just did so, due to "popular demand". Maybe I can make it last for a month, given that it is a map that you must produce, but how would the Arena mapping contests be different from this one?

    Well, I'm halfway through, mostly because I had a ton of other things to worry about in the last few days.
    People don't usually work for free. Especially not when it comes to detailed UIs with a deadline.
    Well I changed the spell to look a bit different.
    I added a 2nd lightning effect to it to double the looks.
    But it deals the damage twice (at the same time) since I did that. I still want it to deal damage after 0.1 seconds of moving in etc. Its just that it deals the damage twice because of my change, but I don't know how to change that.
    It doesn't have anything to do with the tick value or colision size.

    So a unit that is standing in it gets Int*1.6dmg *2 every 4 seconds or something (everytime he gains the debuff).
    About the PM I sent you.
    I fixed the closing of the spellbook with some help.
    Only thing that's wrong with it right now is that it deals the damage twice. If you could take a look at that it would be awesome!:D

    Only consoles, and A/V windows (graphics rendering)

    C# has really awesome standard libraries and networking is very convenient with it, as I've looked over the API and it seems cool, but all those HttpWebRequest exceptions make it a pain :p

    Well in your test map it happend to me too.
    Usually when I tried to stretch the tripwire as much as possible (try to aim for waiting 4 seconds till casting 2nd part).

    After implementing I changed a few things, but I didn't think they would be that important. What I changed was all in globals apart from one thing. I added a 2nd lightning effect in the opposite direction cus I used aerial shackles lightning. Everywere you had .link I created a .link2, and in the struct I created a 2nd lightning effect called link2. I think I handled that oke.

    Anyways, I send you an update of the map.
    For the destruct hider, I removed pathing blockers from it and it works. Not sure if it actually reduces delay, but it doesnt give lag anymore.
    Just added the tripwire spell but it's not working correctly for some reason.
    Sometimes it doesn't get removed or it doesn't slow units when they cross it.

    And an other thing. I also tried out the destruct hider, and it gave me FPS drops to 0-1 FPS when I changed tile. So I removed it again:S
