I class thehelper.net as dead at the moment. wc3c.net seems to have Anitarf active always, with Rising_Dusk brb'ing randomly. Man, Warcraft III modding sites are going crazy! It's interesting and I don't mind so long as it doesn't interfere too much (e.g. the post interval).

Sometimes I mix-match usually for these reasons:
Gui: I don't have all the native functions memorized.
Jass: I'm frustrated with how slow this trigger is to type.
lol -- basically whichever is faster

But as time goes on I'm using more and more Jass slowly.

You might have problems with order collisions and hotkeys i think this is the idea:
Stolen Storm Bolt Cast
Events
A unit starts the effect of the ability
Conditions
(Ability being cast) Equal To Stolen Storm Bolt
Actions
Unit - Create 1 Dummy for (Owner of Triggering Unit) at (Position of Triggering Unit).
Unit - Add (Original Storm Bolt) to (Last Created Unit)
Unit - Set Level of (Original Storm Bolt) for (Last Created unit) to (Level of Stolen Storm Bolt for (Triggering Unit.))
Unit - Order (Last Created unit )to (Human - Mountain King - Storm Bolt) (Target Unit of Ability being cast)
Unit - Add 1.00 Generic Expiration timer to (Last Created Unit)
Stolen spell must be based on the Channel Ability(the one with the same icon of death pact)so that it will not collide orders.Also give a the same hotkey for stolen spells (example:all of the stolen spells hotkeys are F or G just like that)

You should use an attractive name for your spells
And use smaller font size if it doesn't fit in width

tables uses alot of space

-For example you can change "timed sfx system" to something like:
Timed Destroy Effect, or, Timed Special Effect they are more understandable descriptive and attractive
