i download the rar and after that extrack it but i don`t now what to do next

1) The chat client is kinda slow, but the instructions are included. It is kinda complicated I know, but do your best. Tell me what part exactly you get stuck on.

ZiborG it's ok to fix his Ulti coz 5 seconds man i will be in the base in the fountain looool before he is done casting his spell loooool his ulti is super bad make it 2 sec if you want it 5 seconds make the missile of his ULTI more Faster more more like 2000 coz with tornado boots u can run from his ulti easy no offense ZiborG
