  • I don't know... Always happen... When I see a function, I see the 'parameters' and just imagine arguments...
the melee race picking trigger, how's it going? I can't get mine to work so I burned it with anti-virus XD
I'm glad you like it :) I know you like electro, so I was like "why not post it in a VM?" - it looks like I was right :)
Well, I will send the information via private message later. Hey, you can even use your Mode Manager System ^^

Oh, and thanks for the <hugz>. You can have some for yourself if you want :D
Hehe, yes. Or I could just hand you some work now! Did I invite you to DropBox yet?
I am having some issues with what I am trying to make, the game modes. Do you take requests? I basically need, like, about 10 different game modes. They are not very hard, but nearly impossible in GUI.

How are you these days? :D
Don't give up so easily ;)

But I'd still recommend to prioritize speed as the absolute lowest priority, in 99% of cases. "Optimization" has often made things worse in other areas (for example map size or even causing errors) while only achieving results that can be acquired in a laboratory environment.

defskull, don't listen to this guy. He's just trolling you.

    @Mr. Foxy:
He's not obliged to create it if he doesn't want to.
    ----------
Could you please tell me who's trolling? :(
plan for the next 2 hours: electro dance
    already 1 hour, already tired
    "map abandoned" or no
Hmm, that Jessie J track kinda reminds me... hmm, Avicii? Yea, Avicii has a similar style - except the dubstep part, of course :)

I'll stick to my french minimal-techno tho':

In a club, with a couple of subwoofers, where 100+ dB is normal, similar musics are... just awesome!
Lol swag. Speaking of Dota, Dota 2 is god awful. Laggy as shit and with tons of noobs, even worse than b.net pubs.
What i mean it's completely useless, ofc the map size won't explode.
It only provide a minor con without any pro.
And what is funny is that before Nestharus said some shit you didn't use it ...
But that doesn't make sense, as the result is just exactly the same, it even increase the map size !!!
    ----------
    0.03125 is a bit inaccurate (I know it doesn't make a difference)
    ----------
    What ?!

All your tests have shown there is no difference at all ...
But seriously with the periods i've suggested 1000 s is far enough.
Just try it and we will be fixed.
Oh fuck just realized that even with 1000 seconds you still have theoretically less than one incrementation difference (0.031250002 vs 0.03125) ...
If you go with 1 000 000, you will have 3.
So you know what you have to do now, and give me the result 12 days later

Or just reduce the period value like 0.0001 vs 0.00010010 vs 0.000100100.
Note that you can't go lower than 0.0001, it's equal to a timer(0), or negative one ofc.

The first solution sounds awesome though
In fact just to be sure of getting rid of an innacurate result you should go for 10 000 000. (sill less than one year)
You should increase the time, with 20 seconds there is not a big difference between 0.031250002 and 0.03125, only few more integers incrementation.
    (20/0.031250002 VS 20/0.3125)
You should probably go for 100 seconds, or even 1000 s :p (you can launch a lan game, this way you won't have to wait, you can minimize wc3 and let the test continue alone).

But for now, it seems that the number under the decimal doesn't matter, unless you are using more than 9 numbers under the decimal, then the period is fucked up.

You should also probably test the same way i did, since i've found that only 8 numbers under the decimal was taken in consideration for periods.
Since you're one of this silly guy which use 9 numbers under the decimal for timer periods, i highly recommend you to experiment more this

I could be wrong but i'm quite sure that if you used more than 8 numbers (9 numbers or more) the period was fucked up.

Since i don't use myself such precision, i'm not willing to make such tests.
