  • Merry Christmas for you
Lots of food and drink that is the true magic of Christmas
I have request a blonde woman of 1,74 of height but it still didn't arrive, damn Santa Claus.
Cool, because I made a lot of changes since the last terrain I sent. Should I add in a garage or basement? If I add in a garage, then we could put a car in there with some actions linked to it. If we have a basement instead, it could a bit darker and creepier. I think it's best to only have one or the other.
We'll have to place pathing blockers with triggers for certain objects (like doors), since they'll change when things are opened, closed, interacted with, etc. Have you done any changes to the terrain, or will it be easy to transfer the coding over to a new terrain version?
I know what you mean :xxd: I went looking for some creepy (but not too creepy) ghost images, and they all ended up being those animated GIFs that make you look closely until a creepy image and a loud shrieking sound suddenly pops up. Damn those people!

So I guess we have to find a good balance between mystery and horror without being... too horrific. Oh! I'll PM you an idea that just gave me.
Well I am from California, so I am visiting my family right now. Writing on a kindle fire. Zomg apple u mad?
Bad Tickles for not sending it last night! Sending it now, and you can test what the rooms will eventually look like in-game by typing 1, 2 and 3. I was having too many problems with the lighting, so I'm redoing some of the furniture/lights to fit better. All the black area (also pathable for ground since it's not Abyss) above the house was reserved for interfaces. The map size will have to be expanded anyway to include other areas of the house.
    War3.mpq -> UI\Widgets\EscMenu\NightElf\night-elf-options-menu-border.blp

    Undead in undead folder.
Hey, I still can't figure out where the script is being held up. I think i'll give it a few more days of just looking at it till i see something while waiting for bribe to get back.

Edit: I'm beginning to think that it's mainly the Window Interface that is somehow just avoiding being run which is strange (I can tell cause the unit buttons are not even created at all yet it skips over them in the thread). I think it's in general due to some syntax changes with the math libraries and the camera library.

Anyways, how goes the team project contest? Did you start at all yet on the maze/puzzle creation? I can share some example codes that i've found that might help with that.
Um... I have a single problem with ASS - it works flawlessly, but whenever a unit owned by Player Blue is attacked or attacks, there is a message displayed, something like "Unable to unlock unlocked..." from the Unit Indexer. This makes Player 2 avoid getting any assists.
Also, how to disable assistance for Player Red and Yellow, which are the AI in my map?
One more thing, how to make all assisting players get the bounty when an AI slays a hero, and if it's empty group, to share the bounty with whole team? If it helps, I got variables which monitor the active/left status of players, in a group.
I will be gone until January the 9th, in case anyone asks. I am going back to the USA to get fat on some Taco Bell.
Have you tested that this works with 1.26? Does it work more than once? It seems super epic!

Wow.. another system by J4L that needs a rewrite?
    It just never ends...

Thanks for helping me Purge :>
    ----------
    :3 I like it haha :D

Nes rewrite most of J4L resources :O but there still somes...
Well, I thought it might be wrong since it look'ed the most confusing/different.

Upon further inspection it seems to make sense the way you did it. The only thing i can really think of is that the test is not running right because I am not seeing the test units being created right at all. I'm unsure of the cause of it though really since there was near no change in the test code.

My only idea now for what is wrong is that somehow the code is getting stuck up somewhere. The unit is not created in the test. Maybe it's to do with the WindowInterface compiling but being stopped mid thread somehow. Maybe I should ask someone familiar with what might be holding it up jasshelper syntax wise like bribe?

Edit: After placing some debug msgs i've confirmed that it halts the thread after the "set GameCamera= CreateCamera()" line of the test trigger. I think it's to do with the Camera's syntax then. Take a look here:http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/pastebin.php?id=qn3z3g
I heard the phone is like $1500 if you buy it from the UAE store (I get my info from MacRumors.com).
Yo dawg, I heard you like Apple and saving money, so we... oh wait, we didn't.
It is working theres a Download link right above it. Type -cam0, -cam1, -cam2, etc in-game to switch between the cameras.

Probably another error in which you expect the data to have been changed in one way but it was changed in another

I guess the algorithm needs to be revised ;/
    ----------
Yeah, maybe it's to do with the WindowInterface needing to have extends array and some other things but I don't really know I'm not sure what do with the syntax since it compiles I thought it'd work without any changes to WindowInterface, but I'm really quite unsure.

Actually I think the world2Window function looks so similar there can't be much different going on. I'm guessing when we changed something with the updateAxisMatrix something went astray.
Well, as long as you give it the correct values it's pretty alright. Actually it's probably the best if you know how to deal with vectors. If you are familiar with bezier curves theres a cinematic type map in the map resource section.

You could also check the camera system in this map out: http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/terrain-board-267/demon-heaven-187763/
(i'd recommend re-coding this based on using the Camera library + Arrow Keys :D )

By the way something did not work with the math/camera changes you and I made because the buttons are no longer showing up so something must be wrong with the calculations now? : /

Hmm, maybe I need to make some changes to the WindowInterface--but I have no idea what to change really.
Take a look at it here:

That sounds like an angel playing a harp made of pure gold with a heavenly voice to go along with it. Any other type of movement in this type of terrain would be difficult to maneuver with.
The icon will be easy, but the model... I found a wrench, but no screwdriver. Should we request it be made? Model requests don't usually get done quickly if at all, but it might be worth a shot for something so simple :xxd: I'll try to dig through other options in the meantime.
Well you can comment on my albums some more and I'll make sure to use it for the melee maps though in which you can choose him as a hero.
