Their later stuff is a little bit different (still good ) but if you just want more of similar stuff, their Yoghurt EP is just like Sideburner

Yeah, ST's first album is pure hardcore punk, but their next 3 are 'crossover thrash'. They were important pioneers of that style and arguably one of the first 'skate punk' band Great band

Lol blink used to be good, Green Day always was mediocre but they really became sucky with American Idiot and for some reason, I really like Sum 41's first 3 albums (may be due to the fact I grew up with it? ). I agree that the rest sucks though lol, and old school bands are definitely better. The comparison with The Ramons being the Pistols of USA is right I guess, they both started the trend in their respective country. My top 3 would be Descendents, Suicidal Tendencies and Lagwagon, punk's an interesting genre and it's definitely worth learning more about it!

[EDIT] Oh and btw, Milo Goes To College (with Hope) came out in 1982, idk why I said 1984 I guess I'm still high on cough syrup lol

The album came out in 1984 So basically, every bands that sounds more or less similar to them got influenced by them in some way (except The Ramones )

and well...i do it because i like it,but i also want to have a band ...symphonic black metal if i would get to choose,but i would have to wait,i do drumming for only a year,and i haven't bought a drumset yet,there is a drumset where i learn drumming,so i tought it would be wise to first learn to drum before buying a drumset and don't know what to do with it,and besides currently in my apartment i don't have room for one,so i am waiting a year or 2,until me and my family will move in a house in the suburbs,so i can have room for a drumkit ,but until then,i will learn learn and learn....too bad that where i learn drumming,the drumset has only 1 bass drum ,but that's the only cons...

i guess so ^^ ,i mean,i don't know so much about guitars and brands,i am more with drumming ^^ but anyway,it's interesting to know this
