  • uh, but those are just lietunants, i used them for swordsman. i prefered to use the arcane guardian for the heavy unit, but i also need a model for them. i have an sketch and all made xD, i also planed to do the model with the Power generator skin
    The humans will be another race, BE another, and dwarves another one. Did u modified the map and tried the BE against the undead as i told u?

    Why? cause god is evil and he like atomic ants! xD, i may reduce them a little. cause they r already small xD, i dont know if reduce them or not, cause i will have to add more to gt the same effect. well the ballista i could reduce a bit the cd and increase the dice damage. I want to have the beta done so i can test it online
    I only used areas, to do some critter acting effect as u saw, i though that u would like that. hahaha
    Well yes the terrain is kind of flat. e.e. though the doodads are well done. I used some other trees also, but i didnt wanted to go crazy about it. About the archer; it is basically the same NE archer with the same damage and the attack rate. Ive made the ballista like that to have a diferent weapon than the glaive thrower, wich ill modify later. And the icons, well i wanted to have some smaller diferences. Though i will palette them and they will have a reduced filesize xD. But many icons are not recolored, though i use recolor to improve the art. And well i can reduce the ms of some of the critters

    Hey about my map: I my self made the terrain xD, the locust critters do wander! i just added the locust to make them unselectable and invulnerable. They do not cause any lag in fact.

    Ive made the triggers (they are a sketch for the abilities), a good triggerer will improve them. Many of the icons ive made my self for some porpuses, i still have to erase some i dint used and some that are in tga i need to pass them to blp.

    We are working on the AI also. About the heroes; they are suposed to be overpowered, since u can only have one (the idea is to promote good control over units, and also since im making powerful items -not bugged- i needed to have some control). I will add some improvement to the creeps (creeps higher than 6) to be harder to kill.
    Project status dead means that I will never continue working on that map. I'm sorry, but that's just how it is. I'm just no longer interested in Wc3 modding and I visit Hive only because of a habit. Also, thank you for reminding me, I finally removed that from my signature now. :p

    the charge of darkness is pretty hard, i didn't expect triggering something channeling would be this hard, canceling his charge in the middle of running is very tricky to do...
    Tell me when u have played it and what do u think of it.. uh, that reminds me that i meay need a new force bridge since the ones on my map are almost invisible when playing (a new force bridge made from the force bridge birth anim xD)
    Also it has a maquiavelic objetive: to create a plataform for mappers to speed their projects, but in order to do so, their projects must pass by me if they want to use my map. Also the idea is to create a base gameplay for melee terrainers (the idea is to lure the player again to the melee gameplay) to create series of map terrains.
    Yes, the models i need are for my map. It is an altered melee: The idea is to create a "pure race" gameplay. Blood elves alone (ful race), and there it goes. at the end it is gonna be 12 races. It also features racial bonuses (for heroes and units). Some improvements for items and an improved mercenary system (im working on all that). also extra powered heroes (cause it is meant to play with one hero by player).

    By now im working on to release the beta and the BE and NE are done. take a look and if u want set some enemy undead base on a mine and some BE for u so that u can test em. there are still somethings i need to fix before releasing the beta. (i´ve made almost it all, i have been working on it for about 7-8 months... slowly of course xD)

    well i dont know, cause the roof looks ok to me. but i could make some rock skin for the walls (something that could fit more). and well if u see in the model sketch i used --Paper Lamps-- instead of Night elf lamps. The night elf lamps were suposed to be for a NE version of this tower xD. Tell me wich things do u want for your model? else i can do a skin (for you) cause almost all the specifications of the sketch are there (expect the lamps and the things i specified before). Tell me wich things do u want for the model (so u can have an special version of this tower for the contest. else the version i wanted is almost there xD
    Why does it need more work? A blood elven themed door? well i just think that adding another skin will make the model heavier, and it already looks marvelous
    Last fixes? i think u dont need a skin! this looks perfect, and another skin would make the model heavier.

    Take a look of the fixes, i already have watched the model before you shown it to me xD. Well ill do the skin from the night elf fish village skin and will make a better fitting shading. But there are somethings i need u to changue in the mesh

    Lovely, well then what i will do is to make a better shaded skin and change some of the wooden colors in some parts to make it look better. however i also told u to use the Night Elf fish village (two story) building model cause it's door is on 3D. it is not plane and it fits properly within the skin. What the skin needs its a goodlooking shading and some saturation and color changues, give me the skin list, or can i use best the night elf fish village skin? wich has almost the same things that the hunter halls

    Hey try to reduce the big wooden columns on the tower also, lets try first within it. and then we can do the night elf version cause the tower is suposed to be a Blood Elf tower and to fit within the skins ive made
    lets try with the one skins ive made, they are meant to fit within one style. for the anims u can extract the build anim of any other tower and add some parts of this tower in the appropiate times.
    about the crystal dude thingy , can you do it yourself[sry there] i can't do it, even if i re -uv ed it it would still be ulgy.
