Grey Nightmare

It's not really the winning i'm in it for. It's more like going to a training session and setting a goal for what you need to be able to do before you take a break.

Well... How to explain...

Even when i play a game that i love and fully enjoy, if i do nothing that moves me forward in life i start feeling useless and get depressed.
I always have a nagging feeling of 'You really should be doing something constructive...'.
This is the reason that i have both a sigshop, an ongoing RP and several IRL projects.

Participating in these contests gives me a big amount of that 'I'm doing something!' feeling, and i wont stop until i have two wins. By then i will probably have participated quite enough.

Yes and no.
Yes cause the wait is finally over and i can go back to not thinking about it, no 'cause i'dve hoped to get the second award icon i'm aiming for and leave the short story contests alone for a while. But it looks like i'l be joining the next one too.

Why do i set these goals for myself...

yeah that sounds like a good plan... it seems data is way more powerful than before so you can make a ton of the spells and manipulate the units alot more lol.

If you do code in GUI i can take a look through your code since its similar. I can find problems and stuff its my specialty

I'll be around a bit more but i wont have time for coding really. I have ap classes and have big exams coming up and looking for apartments... its hectic. then in 2 months im leaving for europe. sooo busy.. ^^

Maybe if its still alive once i get time in college? lol

Also, it's more the 'Playing With Someone' part than the 'Help' part i'm looking for.
I can play WoW with my friends, i can play Wc3 with my friends, i can even play Minecraft with my friends, but not GuildWars. :/
And the few times i have really had time to play GW with friends it's been AWESOME.

yeah, yeah i have.
But it never really gets far. Rafia is a HUGE world, and i dont really know what i'd do with a map/mod based on it.
An ORPG would seem like an obvious choice, but it'd be one of those things that's in working forever.

Yeah, the Sanctum is pretty enormous.
Sunrah rarely uses anything else than that one room though, so you have lots of space.

And yeah, flaws definitely make a character. 'Perfection' is so two-dimensional. Three-dimensional characters are so much more human and can be related to.
