The resized signature you asked -> Link

about resizing a gif, first you'll have to know hot to open it in a way that the layers will show up. to do that, go to File -> Import -> Video frames to layers -> select the gif file you want -> Load.

Since resizing an image into bigger size will reduce the image's quality, I opened up the old sig file and resize it smaller into the size u want. =)

Almost forgot, you asked about the Remarks column. I just add it for other things, and yes, particular in rejected and pending requests. This will allow the user that made the request to know what he did wrong. =)
