I checked for language changing packs. apparently there is none for warcraft 3. but it was worth the try i guess.
In other words - you probably have to either completely reinstall warcraft 3 each time you want to change the language in it OR you just got to live with one language.

I have made a lot of them, although not all are finished. But, not, i will propably not make all, though i will finish the ones i have beenw orking on.
