  • This was somthing like our original plan:

    ----------
our story concept is about two hunters that get lured into a forgotten forest. Unknown to them; the simple bear that they thought they were hunting turns out to be just bait, and the true creature hunting them is far more inteligent and clever then any human. It brings them closer and closer toward its lair. however the perpective will be told from two hunters point of view, so they will have no idea about what is actually happining; but at the end they will have picked up on all the strange things about the 'bear' they're hunting, they will then use their superiour human thinking to out-smart the creature, the creature will probably be an ancient dragon or somthing :D

I'm great, school holidays have already started for me on monday ^^
And now that the short story contest is over, I have lots more time too.
Yeah I get a little annoyed with it too -_________________-
Oh well, theres nothing i can really do about that.

so anyway, bro, how are you doing?
Hello there, and would it be alright if I played you online with my Xbox 360 account?
Well I need to relive it again, but do you have Halo 3 so we might play against each other?
Oh and my Xbox account is rcshaggy.
Well the weapons are sort of similar.. They are really just so the player can feel like he has a preference and customization to keep the game original and fun.. Now can you demonstrate how to use a left click? I was thinking of a right click to move and left click to shoot system.. That would be pretty fucking epic heh?
If only it was possible to make a trigger that detects left mouse key clicks...
Well I hope they do make one. Halo is just too awesome to not be made into a decent movie.
This is, indeed, typical QLD weather. But NSW is being flooded too, y'know. So are places around Adelaide. It actually rained over Uluru - Lake Eire is full.
Nope - I'm a Victorian. Melbournian, actually. Rural areas are flooded and we've been getting quite a lot of storms.
Yeah that director did do a pretty good job, it official that they will be making a Halo movie?
In the year that the first Halo game came out, Halo became such a big sucess; that some movie directors intantly saw a chance to pull off somthing big. There wasn't just one director that wanted the project, it was many. Somehow they managed to make the begining together, but as they came to more important parts in the storyline; the directors had a big fight about how it would be done. Apparently the disagreements and fights between them, pretty much stopped the whole project. To name a couple bigshot directors involved; Steven Spielburg, and Peter Jackson. But this is just what heard, it might not be entirly correct.
    Really? It sounds awesome :D

Too bad the directors screwed up on making the Halo movie, lets hope they try again eh?
    Yeah I'm a Halo fan ^^

I have Halo 1 and Halo 2. My friend showed me Halo 3, and I've seen youtube videos of Halo ODST, and Halo mini-movies. But I have yet to see anything about Halo Reach D:
Firing a bullet in your facing direction is a smart way to go.. But not using a keyboard movement system that would be terrible. And no I did not research Boxhead, I'm a fat lazy ass.. Sorry.. xD

Also I was wondering is it possible to make a system where you fire when you left click? Or right click at the target?
Its pretty awesome, but nothing of importance really happens. Its just a huge battle that goes on for ages; some ODST's come in and mow down a quad of brutes with their battle rifes. Then a massive brute sneeks up behind one of them, the soldier trys to get away; but the brute charges him, the brute gets the back of his bruteshot with the blade (it might have been a gravity hammer though, I couldn't see it clearly); and he smashes the ODST like 3 times into the ground, lots of blood ;D

Then there are some pelicans, banshees, warthogs, and at the end a soldier picks up this cool rocket launcher and aims it directly at a brute; he then fires at the brute point black, and the brute explodes with meat flying everywhere, quite amusing ;)

But yeah I would have liked more storyline to the whole thing...
It's not hands-on at all, while you are changing your angle so you can shoot randomly by clicking E you are getting raped by a horde.. It's not practical, I'm working on the same kind of map in a sense. If you have to click your keyboard every time you want to angle yourself at an enemy and shoot there is a serious problem lol.
You didn't give him a arrow movement system for the map did you!? Because arrow and key movement is absolutely terrible when your playing a game like that, it's not hands-on enough.
