Triggers are far more versatile, infact the new data editor is powerful enough to replace a fair portion of the triggers that used to be in cruiser command. There are still limitations on keyboard/mouse movement however, and so future maps will still have the traditional top-down view for the time being.

It has a pretty steep learning curve, even for veterans of the Wc3 editor, but its a brilliant tool when you get the hang of it!

Hi there!

I halted progress after a few tech demos to work on a smaller project and get to grips with the editor. With college back in business however, a release version may not see the light of day for another month or two. As for a cruiser command remake... well it wont be anytime soon. I don't want to jump into a remake until I can use the editor to its full potential.
