  • Kay Marshy. The waters of Draenor were green, so try and do your best on that. Here are the regions:

Hellfire Peninsula - Before the Sundering, the Peninsula was a lush grassland that extended for miles. It was also mainly flat.
I'll reveal more later. I'm a bit busy. Also my email is [email protected] if you wish to add me.
    Hellfire Peninsula, was half-desert, half-swamp.
It had red giant mushrooms, but there was little other environment.
I believe Peninsula was lush on the shores.
Thank you for the awesome statement. ^.^ The Shadow Council are not formed until Ner'zhul is overthrown. I also understand that the Arakkoa and Gronn will be difficult, however investing in a skinner or modeller shouldn't be that difficult for us.

Terrain-wise I think Huge will do, however considering the size of Draenor before it was torn apart, they might be changed. The main regions would be Terokkar Forest, Zangarmarsh, Shadowmoon Valley, Nagrand and Hellfire Peninsula. I believe Hellfire Peninsula was once a lush grassland. I think maybe, as described in lore, Draenor should be spectacular and beautiful unlike WoW. It will also be multiplayer, yes. So far I've devised what three heroes we should have for the Draenei. These include the Vindictators Akama and Nobundo and also Velen. I've also looked a little more into the regions and the Orcish clans. Some players might be altered.
Well I've looked at your ideas and they all seem pretty good.
But I'm most caught up on the whole Kil'jeaden/Shadowmoon Clan thingie. I've always liked that part of the Warcraft lore :)
It isn't set in any of the games actually. This is before WCI, how the Orcs came to Azeroth, etc. Alagremm and I have lore covered, so don't worry. ^.^ We're also re-reading over the lore and have a pretty clear picture on what the terrain should look like (you can terrain, no?).
Well, Alagremm and I had an idea for a lore map. It is set before the opening of the Dark Portal. It will have all of the events leading to the opening of the dark portal. So far we've got the key races of Draenor during that times and the main Orc clans. We have the Orcs (duh), the Ogres, Mok'Nathal, Gronn, Arakkoa and Draenei. Main Orc clans include the Bleeding Hollow and Bonechewer, Twilight's Hammer and Shadowmoon, Blackrock, Frostwolf, Ma'ghar.

For now I have the weapon changing system, aillments system, most models in etc.. I haven't done radiation part yet which should be one of the most important things and I did just 3-4 quests. For now I am trying to find which type of gameplay do I want (more quests, monsters or pvp) to make my map more replayable. Also there're a few major landmarks for the terrain, like city ruins or military bases, but area between them is mostly desert (I use huge sized map). I want to fill it with various minor landmarks but it takes more time and imagination :). Also there's a weird bug when only certain players get dropped on start, some kind of desynchronization problem, so it will take some time too :).
Np, i was messing up with doodas for other reasons and i ended up with this so it was all luck :)
Hey, well I haven't finished yet, but I'm hard at work on the campaign. The prologue and first mission are 100% complete, and the second one is getting there. The rest of the maps (there are going to be 4 or 5 playable maps, 2 or 3 interludes) won't take me as long since I am a faster/better triggerer and terrainer now.
You are welcome ^_^ It is important that we make sure our latest members feel welcome.
