Furthermore, I have always thought of hive as a good place to get feedback on things I do. Even though that is not any longer possible because my thread was closed, the feedback I got was very useful. So for me, this thread was successful. No other people complained about it either, in fact, it raised discussions and interest amongst those who replied.

However, since you find that something else, apparently like my thread, doesn't fit in this sub forum, what would you suggest I use it for in the future? Also, since I have found a lot of holes in your already given explaination, could you please explain at what point this thread needed to be closed? (I would like to avoid getting my threads closed in the future, because I enjoy reading the replies.)

I didn't expect I would have to explain why I made that thread, but since it is unclear to you, I will take some time to write it down:

I am part of this forum. What connects everyone to this forum is their mutural intereset for wc3. Supposedly, apart from that mutural intereset, people also have other interests. These interests might come to light, and I have seen it happen many times in the something else forums, so this is nothing new, really. I have always found the something else forum as a place to discuss/talk about other things.

So, you ask me what my thread has to do with warcraft III? Well, my first guess would be, that I can post something else in the something else forum that has nothing to do with warcraft III. Sorry if this was not the intension of the "something else forums", but judging by the title it seemed very likely that that would be its purpose. (Also judging by most of the other threads that wouldn't be something entirely wrong to assume.)

So you'r working with the Warcraft Maul?
Well, I got some Improvements for you.
- 1. Remove enemy unit collissions. (Not with triggers, or they'll go thru everything. (And they will float over cliffs.))
- 2. The terrain, Could you maybe improve it? Ex. The pathabilities are just rude at the moment, and the eye-candy is well, dull.

Hmm... That's for now, I'll tell you if I come up with anything else.

Oh well hope you do, gl in making the jass version, also nice combination of the effects, i like less SFX in a spell but the combination you use is nice(i don't like the dark smoke effect, the rest is well coordinated and nicely used).
