I'd also like to drop a few additional suggestion for future updates:
1- Let the hawk be able to make combo items. I manage to get the normal items but when I go to the recipe shop, the hawk cannot buy the recipes (because they are powerups). Just make the recipes normal items and it'll be fine
2- Add the command "Return Items" to the hawk. It's annoying to keep clicking on the hawk then giving the items one by one to my hero.
3- Make another powerup which increases by more my Inner Experience (+1000 let's say). At higher levels, nobody wants to keep spamming only the one that costs 300 gold.

Here you are! The map is approved with a rating of 3/5. Terrain is still poor but acceptable and since the gameplay is the first priority and you did a good job there, I see no reason to keep your map as needs fix.
Hi, I saw your Tiny Wars map and was just wondering, why not use a Dota 2 model for it. It would still fit the 8 MB limit and besides other maps were able to implement using Dota 2 models.
I just think it would be more awesome if you do it.

Waits are inaccurate and inefficient, if used incorrectly.
If you really really need a wait (which, you mention that won't change anything - then don't use it ), use a timer or incorporate it in your timed event trigger.
DotA is not efficient in most parts, because I have taken a look over the code myself. Plus, DotA uses a damage detecting system, once a unit is attacked to at least identify whether the damage was caused by an attack.
Nothing will happen, you just force the engine to look up the same values over and over again; more function calls = more pain for the engine. Besides, it will make it more readable.
