So... its quite simple combination wise, but I dont really know how I can help lol. I still don't know what your map is about at all hehe.

Well the terraining sure looks nice! Triggering is my forte however. Combining elements is still pretty vague. What are these elements exactly? Items? Units? How do you intend to combine them? I.e through a spell etc.

If we're starting with four basic elements, we need to decide how the effects are put together. For example, do fire and ice make a FireIce element, with just both characteristics glued together, or something entirely new? I'm just speculating here. I'm not sure what your project is at the moment hehe

Hehe, "tips and tricks" is pretty vague, I'd be here all night if I listed every little helpful thing I've used. Hmm a few of the more recent things I've found:

-If you want a completely invisible dummy unit, you can set its model to an invalid path such as 'null.mdl'

-Units with the locust ability (unselectable) aren't included in 'pick every unit in rect' actions.

-The 'Channel' ability can be customised to have different order strings and different spell targets i.e units/ground/aoe. This is VERY useful for triggered spells.

-You can stop units owned by neutral players from returning to their original position by going into Advanced -> Gameplay Constants and increasing the 'Creeps - Guard Return Distance' and 'Creeps - Guard Return Time' values.

They're pretty vague and assume you allready know what abilities like 'locust' do. I can help a lot more with something more specific ^^
