The icon pack we are talking about here, Judges, features 8 icons, total size is 66,7 kb. Thus, one icon = 66,7/8 = 8,3 kb.

As I already posted, you should really get into icon making for putting out a statement like that. A blp file does NOT feature JPG quality, that depends on the compression you use. Depending on the compression and number of files, that filesize you are talking about is more than acceptable.

Put the .dll in the milkshape folder

in milkshape go to file>export>warcraft 3
