It's actually fairly easy with a good damage detection system: detect damage, do whatever calculation you need (for penetration and whatnot), on deflect spawn a dummy unit firing off an arcing projectile on the ground.

@Crusad3r91 Did you use one dummy or several variants with slightly different values (because it looks quite varied).

There's a bit of variance in distance and angle (the latter also dependant on where the shot is coming from) but it's all from 1 dummy.
