I wouldn't say that's a base. more of a ship, since it's on a sea turtle. Possible a slave tramsport for the naga. (transporting murloc slaves, or any other species that can't swim where they go.)

acturly i was thinking this could be like the nightelf building but instead of up-rooting and down-rooting maby sleep and wake:thumbs_up:
