They keep an eye on every lord and anyone else they believe to be suspicious. But naturally, they won't try to stop you or anything, unless that helps them in any way to reach to their common purpose.

Actually I made this in the middle of the map, but I made the far terrain to be hidden, otherwise I would had to fill it all and it also makes my WE really laggy.
