Warhound < Chaos Warhound.

And the Imperator's upper body was made to look like a castle, kind of like Alexander from Final Fantasy.

Well, the only titan's I have seen were from that picture and the ancient one's from Winter Assualt and Dark crusade.

And are those chaos markings I see on that imperator ?

Yes, it's a Chaos Imperator . In fact, it's a Khornate (that would explain the buzzsaw).
