STATUS - Chapter 1 down. 8 more to go!
This Album contains all of the "2Player Curse of the Blood Elves Campaign"'s Screenshots. It will be updated when needed. This campaign was heavily inspired by Whitewolf, b.k.a. Whitewolf8.
INFO:
The Curse of the Blood Elves is a Campaign featured through out Warcraft 3: The Frozen Throne. There is Easy, Normal, and Hard Mode. This map will be a great way to show how I view the Blood Elven structures as and how they should be like. It will also tell the truth of their lore, names, and make each player feel special in their own way with their own structures and units.
System for Items:
It's funny that there are many people out there with knowledge of the save/load system and yet none wish to unite with people to do projects. Either out of greed for popularity or something similar to that. It's sad, really. I asked around and tried to find a free-willing person. However, nothing. So the campaign will feature only a /load system. Not that typical one you'd see in every usual 2Player made campaign where you have to type in a long fucking code. Because your wife would give birth by the time you'd type it in. So this /load system of mine loads all the items you could of acquired from the previous chapters. Potions and scroll will not load in chapters where you got a Shop Structure, but they will in dungeon maps. So enjoy.
Credits to the Team:.
Pyraeus - Triggers and New Playable Units Designer.
Ragnoras and Dragunov - AI Editing and Creating.
Heinvers - For helping to name some of the elven structures.
TRIVIA:
- The Son of Jay's Ogres are an obvious and clear reference to SonOfJay. A member of the Hiveworkshop and good man who I believe deserved such a reference made after him.
- Not all Blood Elven Buildings were named by me. Some were named by Heinvers (Such as Hamlet). Most were based on the Blood Elven structures from World of Warcraft.
- Nilan "Steelheart" Kassan was planned to be a new character and called "Nilan Steelheart" that was set to appear only in Chapter One as a playable to hero, while he was scheduled to die in Chapter Two in the Scourge Raid among the outlying bases of the elves. However, this idea was scrapped and his last name, Steelheart, became his title, and he was re-planned to become "Jailor Kassan" himself that would be killed in the future mission of the Blood Elves Campaign. The reasons for this was to show how much of a friend Nilan Kassan was to the elves and how tragic was to end his life in the end.
- Nilan "Steelheart" Kassan is the second secondary playable hero that would later on turn into an antagonist of another map and to be killed by the players that were once able to control him in a map. However, he is the first secondary playable hero to be a main antagonist of his own map stage where he is very difficult to defeat.
