isnt 10 years a bit much? in the RP progression, i'm sure we wouldve defeated the "evil" in 10 years.

Defeat the evil in 10 years? Ehh... With this amount of evil, I don't think so. For example, World War 2 had one "evil", and it took about 6 years to defeat.
