It is just a lot of barrels put together, with some custom masts and sails put on top of them.

For the deck I think I used some variation of the table no legs model, i'm not quite sure though exactly what model it is though since I don't have the map anymore. But try looking in the Ultimate Terraining Map if you really need it, since it would probably be in there.

And I am pretty sure when I made it I made it walkable.
